I was hesitant to buy this after I read some of the negative reviews. I worried that it would be a huge pain to hold the steam button and that it would do a crappy job. SO GLAD I gave it a chance. I absolutely LOVE it. The two in one feature is so so awesome. I have 3 kids who are constantly dropping everything on the floor and so much wood floor to vacuum and clean. Vacuuming and then mopping in the same day just doesnāt happen for me because I donāt have the time to do both. NOW I can do both at the same time!šš»šš»šš»šš» The I worried the vacuum feature wouldnāt be very good but itās awesome. If vacuums just as well as my shark vacuum and cordless dyson. It cleans just as well as the swiffer Iām used to using, but it even easier on tough to clean spots cus I donāt have to scrub the area but instead let the vacuum sit and slowly move it back and forth to let the steam melt the spot. I do agree with some of the comments about the steamer not being super powerful, BUT it still does a great job, similar if not better than a swiffer. For me, this has literally cut my cleaning in half and makes it so my floors are not only vacuumed daily, but cleaned and I love it so so much. We have so much wood floor and even though we donāt wear shoes in the house by the end my bare feet are usually kinda dirty from walking bear foot in the house all day, not anymore!! Because I vacuum the floors daily they are now being cleaned daily too where before I would only spot clean/swiffer them or so the entire floors weekly. The steam button you have to hold could have been a button that just stays on instead of having to hold it, BUT itās located on the handle where you have to grin to vacuum anyway, so itās not a big deal in the slightest to hold down as you vacuum. It is easy to use, vacuums wonderfully while steaming at the same time. For the price I can not get over how awesome this product is. It will not clean grout or instantaneously melt hard to remove spots, but for the daily cleaning of floors, this product as changed the way my floors look and feel and I love love love it! Give it a change, ignore the negative reviews. Totally worth it!!šš»šš»

I just used this for the first time. I think it works amazing. I have seen videos and reviews of people saying it doesn't work well. From what videos I have seen you can't just go into just using it you really need to vacuum before using this. It because it is made to pick up small things not large amount of dirt or hair. So vacuum first is a big plus. Not just go in and using this. I like it so far.

I was skeptical before purchase, but the concept was a no-brainer as a single mom, & Iāve been happy with my other Bissell products, so I had to at least try when I found it went on sale prime day, & I couldnāt afford the Crosswave. Iām so glad I did try it, wish I had gotten MUCH sooner! I love being able to take the pads off to wash & reuse them instead of having to keep buying disposable pads (but will buy an extra scrubbing pad just to have on hand). The device is SO easy to set up, & especially to use it - it works exactly as I had hoped, if not better. I love that the handle is adjustable, it goes low enough so it fits under AC unit in laundry/utility room, saving space. The vacuum suction works even in my tile grout cracks, which I was most concerned about - it had no issues cleaning little sticky spots on kitchen floor. I vacuum 1st before getting floor wet, & once the floor is wet, I keep vacuum on & if vacuum doesnāt get any remaining debris up while mopping, the mop pad does get it. The steam is HOT, maybe more than I expected. This device really made vacuuming/mopping my floors so much faster & with using less effort. The dirty mop pad in pic was just from my small kitchen (the floor didnāt seem terribly dirty before I mopped as you can see from the photos, but the pad shows different - it works!). The 1st time using, I used the scrubbing pad 1st, then went back over it with the 2nd regular mop pad, just in case, to see how much the scrubbing pad left behind, but 2nd pad wasnāt needed since the scrubbing pad did such a good job cleaning floor by itself. I lowered my rating 1 star for 3 reasons (all minor) - device was just a little heavier than I expected, but not to the point of being uncomfortable - about the weight of a regular size vacuum give or take. The handle trigger is very sensitive to squeeze (but I wouldnāt want it to be hard to squeeze neither), I end up always squeezing the trigger just from holding the handle while pushing device back & forth, so Iām not sure itās really in a good place - but it doesnāt interfere using device, Iām just not sure of the point of it since it stays squeezed from just holding the handle while using). Second, & most importantly for me, I wish the width of the mop/vac plate was shorter in width so it could get into tight places easier (like in between wall/hutch, or toilet/wall), I have to turn it sideways in some spaces to get it to fit in, but if mop/vac part was about an inch or so smaller, it would fit better without having to turn it (for my home anyway), & the plate does come off a little easy, but it really hasnāt been an issue for me when using it, & thats better than if it were hard to get the plate off. Third, I wish it had a scented cleaner sprayer on it, because I like my floors to smell clean, I didnāt use any cleaner 1st time using device so I could see how well it worked with just steaming, & to prevent any possibility of potentially causing any kind issues over time. These 3 āconsā, for lack of a better word, were not serious enough to impact my rating anymore than just 1 star - with all that said, I am impressed & so glad I got it, wish I had it much sooner, especially when I lived in my previous home that had 1500sf of hard floors - wouldāve been a back saver for sure. HIGHLY recommend.

Sorry so long I hate long reviews but they do help those that research while shopping so I want to contribute! I was looking to replace my shark steam mop that Iāve had for four years as it finally kicked the bucket and stopped steaming. As a replacement I was looking for something that didnāt have a thousand attachments because my shark had it and I only used them once. Iāve gotten my routine down to where I vacuum the whole house and then steam and thatās a timely process. I didnāt even know they made two-in-ones like this one! I have a messed up arm from heavy equipment like hand-held vacuums and the shark steam mop because it swivels all crazy. This one ended up being heavy but it didnāt aggravate my arm at all. It doesnāt allow for crazy swivels so there was minimal risk for hurting my arm. And let me say, vacuuming and steaming as you go is the BEST! I was so nervous because it completely changes the routine and I found myself overthinking about how I was going to work it literally. Like do you vacuum and then steam, or do you do both simultaneously? Like, how do I do it?! I finally just went in and went with it. And it went beautifully and cut my floor-cleaning in half! Whole house done in just one go! I only had to refill the water tank once compared to three times before with old product. And the cord is the usual length. The handle is adjustable if you need to make it shorter or taller. And I like to have multiple pads on hand so I can change as I go. I like to dedicate one pad to our master bedroom, one for the kitchen and one for living area. And then when Iām done, I toss them all in the washer and hang-dry. Itās what I did with my old product. Also, emptying the vacuumed debris from dirt tank was super easy too. I have replacement filters on the way. Bravo, this two-in-one is AWESOME especially for its price. Iām super happy! I still have my super lightweight vacuum cleaner for daily maintenance to alleviate my arm, and a spray swiffer-like mop for daily spot-checks and its own washable pads. Iāll be using this two-in-one once a week ;) PS Iām a GSD fur mama and sheās currently shedding, there couldnāt have been a more perfect time to try this new thing out! Her ball of fur was in the dirt tank nice and dry while the mop pad clearly picked up the dirt tracked by her muddy paws from recent rainy weather. This is a must-have for fur mamas!

This thing is a lifesaver. I cannot believe I was using inefficient products and on my hands and knees cleaning up messes for so long. This is one of the best things I have ever bought myself. Truly! Especially if you have little kids constantly making messes. Easy to use, effective.... I just love it and am so happy with my purchase.

I had really high hopes for this. I spend days researching vacuum mops and eventually landed on buying this one because it was less expensive and had decent enough reviews. I also loved the idea that I was cleaning with steam instead of chemicals. However, I'm not entirely sure how well the steam was cleaning the floor as the tile in my kitchen would be sticky after use. The biggest thing to keep in mind is that if you are trying to mop your floors with this thing you are not going to do it quickly. You have to do 1 back and forth pass to wet the floor in front of you then very very slowly moving the mop head 1 inch a second (yes that slow) to let the steam do it's job. At first I was flinging this thing around like a vacuum and was very confused until I realized you had to be extremely slow. I think the manual suggests that you do 3 slow passes over 1 spot on the floor to clean it. I'm sorry but who has time for this. This is much slower than an actual mop and bucket. I clean about 6-800sq/ft of hard floor with this in about 45 minutes. Again I go slow because I actually want my floor to be clean. I'm writing this review now because my product is leaking water and the mop head is cold. Something happened with how it's producing steam and now it's operating much less efficiently. This is also AFTER cleaning it out. It's frustrating and I really wish I would have just pulled the trigger on one of the vacuum mops with a roller brush. If you want this thing and you desire floors that are actually clean. Grab a broom and move it across the floor 1 inch per second and ask yourself if you're willing to do that for your entire space you want to mop. I think the answer is probably not. Update: changing to one star. No more stream is producing after trying everything. Something this price shouldn't break after 5 months. I caved and bought a Dreame vacmop.

After doing days and days of research I bought this Symphony Powerfresh vac and steam. All the research I have performed points to this machine as being perfect for tile. I have a 2ā400 sq foot tile home. Only tile, nothing but tile. We have 7 cats. No children. We normally use a hot water bucket with pine sol a and foam-roller mop to do our floors. Just to give you an idea we have to change the water in the bucket at least 6 times to do the whole house. The mopping consists of dipping the foam roller into the hot water, squeezing the foam to get the majority of the water out of the foam, doing back and forth passages over the tile, and then soaking the foam roller in the water to clean it then squeezing it, then repeating the operation. Pretty straightforward, right? I wanted to find a better and less time-consuming method for the above, so I performed all this research. In the end, the research was inconclusive. Despite watching countless videos, it did not tell me if I should buy a normal mop and bucket, this steam mop power fresh machine, the more expensive machines with rollers (cross wave, etc), The Hoover Floormate Deluxe, or even those two shark and Bissell machines with the rotating steam mops. I guess I will try them all before deciding which is good and which is bad. I tried the power Fresh for 30 minutes, and I judged it to be as follows:. I only did a small tile room about 10āx12ā. The steam mop took me twice as long as I normally employ the bucket and mop. The steam mop just adds steam to the floor and mixes all the dirt together, then pushes the dirt from one place to another. It does not pick up dirt. The vacuum feature on this machine is pathetic. Quite frankly, for all the years and decades Bissell or any other vacuum company has had the time to perfect a vacuum cleaner, this is really a pathetic attempt. Itās weak, and simply leaves the dirt to be mixed with the steam on the ground. The bottom pad has to be changed every 6 minutes; it gets so dirty. I would have to change about 25 pads to do the whole house. So, to conclude, is this power-fresh steam mop better than a real mop for tile floors? No, absolutely not. It just wets the dirt (heats it up too), and moves it around.
