I couldn't wait to get this an it definitely lived up to the 10/10 rating I found on it when I googled best steam cleaner for house hold use. Took a little bit for me to comprehend some of the information but just took a deep breath and voila' after I got the batteries in the right way LOL, the things worked just as if I were a pro with a big truck full of commercial steam. So happy with this!! Can't wait to get it out again sometime tomorrow and play, yes play, it makes cleaning seam like play. Definitely a great value for the money, really cute and compact. Had high hopes but this thing is terrible. I'm past my return window so it's going in the garbage, it's that bad. I don't even feel comfortable giving it away. It spurts out gobs of scalding hot water, the gloves ripped the first time I used them and it's results are very underwhelming, like almost pathetic. Don't waste your money.

I’m genuinely impressed with how well this little hand steam cleaner performs. The heat‑up time is quick, the steam pressure is strong, and it cuts through grime in places I thought were permanently stained (mainly the primary shower). My kitchen tiles, bathroom grout, and and glass look noticeably cleaner after just one session. What I appreciate most is how thorough it allows me to be. Each attachment has a use, and the large (I believe is a half gallon?) tank means I can clean for a pretty lengthy stretch without stopping. It’s satisfying to see surfaces go from “clean enough” to "OMG I can eat here." The steam gets HOT! If you take pride in a spotless home, this little steam cleaner makes the process easier, faster, and surprisingly enjoyable. And it doesnt stop at clesning the home, I used it for my leather seats in the truck. Amazed at how much better the seats look. I’m very happy with it. 4/6/2026

I love the Steamer it worked great to clean some fryers that had years of buildup. The attachments are great, because you have multiple options and textures to use. The levels of pressure on the steamer are great. It's straightforward and easy to use! The Steamer is small, but powerful and it's very versatile as well. It doesn't take up lots of space, and I love that the electric cable runs long so that you can move around easily with it. However, the ridges of the pieces named "Spray Nozzle" have melted off and now the steamer is useless. This piece is the most vital piece that makes the pressure and it's used to attach ALL of the other attachments. I'm sad I can't find a replacement for the piece because the machine works great! Overall I love this Steamer and I highly recommend it, it's worth the price for the amazing work that it gets done.

First, the disclaimer: No, I have no affiliation with this company; I liked what I saw in the description and reviews, bought and I’m glad I did. I bought this, not only for cleaning, but also to fix a bed bug issue. It is great for both. After using the product, I can see that I will probably only use the naked spray nozzle or augment it with the extension, but there are included accessories for anything and everything. I want to mention a few tips or notes that may prevent frustration due to a lack of detailed documentation. First, I noticed some reviewers complaining that the attachments fit sloppily, flip around or fall off. The documentation fails to mention that one of the o-rings need to be slipped over the end of the spray nozzle, allowing for a snug pressure-fit connection between the spray nozzle and the attachment. Just push the two components together until they seat together. 2nd, you will need two AAA batteries for the pistol grip to control the steamer. This is include in the instructions; I just mention it so you will have them before your unit arrives. 3rd - It was wonderful to find that decent rubber gloves were included to keep your hands cool. However, I have large hands and could not get the gloves on - until I sprinkled powder down in the gloves - and they slipped right on. I actually used Odor Eater powder; don’t laugh, it worked. 4th - The tank fill lines are kind of difficult to see; you may have to hold the unit at eye level to see them. Just don’t fill above the highest mark. Once you turn the unit on, you will hear some clicking sounds as the unit heats up. The unit will quickly begin spewing steam at its lowest velocity. Have no fear, unlike a pressure washer, the hose will not go wild; just don’t have your hand in front of the spray nozzle. The output gets very hot very fast. This is a very nicely engineered unit, and being a Development Engineer myself, I am very impressed with this unit. I cannot find anything that I would change that would not increase the cost dramatically. So, as is the case with any product, there is always a low risk of receiving a product that is dead on arrival; but come on, this is Amazon; if you are not satisfied, then send it back. I think you are going to like this product. I highly recommend it.

This was a great steamer... when it worked. Three uses it was fantastic. Fourth use it no longer worked. The hose itself melted and then it no longer worked. Very frustrating.

I needed to replace an old steamer promptly, so I went off the reviews on this one. This is an amazing powerful little unit! I rarely write reviews, but I do read them. Someone posted that they clean their oven door, so that’s the first thing I decided to test. The out come was unbelievable. Sadly to say my oven door was pretty bad and now it’s clear and clean. Not a lot of hard work behind it, just took a little time and patience. The unit is a little loud, but that’s nothing to me compared to what it does. However I did experience a small problem with the plug attachment. I reached out to the seller/company and when I say they went over and above!!! They went over and above! Such great customer service and support. They reached out right away and stayed in constant contact with me. So genuine and kind. Great experience and I’m satisfied with this unit. It gets the job done!

Calling this a steam cleaner is pushing definitions, and the photos are either lying or misleading. First up it comes with maybe a 6 foot cable, not 13.5 that it claims, so hopefully if your thinking of giving this a go you see this and don't need a longer cable. Okay big issue, the steam comes out at barely hot enough to make steam, it instantly reforms into water, and after reading the instructions to make sure I didn't miss a way to increase the temperature I gave up and tried to clean a very surface level mess that I could have cleaned with a wet paper towel, and it kinda worked? It also kinda just flooded my stove top with about half a cup of water because you can't control when the steams coming out, it just is on or not. It came with all the attachments, but I won't be trying any of them because it's easier for me to just drag my power washer from outside and get some real power going. Also this wouldn't work for several areas I wanted to sanitize with the heat and pressure of steam because the cable is to short to reach.
