I'm almost 70 and needing to build my upper body and legs to regain some of my stamina and strength. It took about 30 minutes to assemble by myself. If you have a socket set/metric wrenches and/or an impact gun, I strongly suggest not using the two tools to assemble the bench. It's no wonder some reviews mentioned that their bench is rickety after assembly of the included tools were used.     • Bench is not wide enough
This has a good price but if you are bigger than an average teenager this is not something that you want. The bench is not big enough. It might be okay for regular standard weights but for Olympic weight this is not the bench for you.

It does not come with the barbell that they want you to think does, the cushion seat is not cushioned at all.

The price is awsome, but for someone like me that weighs 220 and it having a 350 weight limit, its just not quite big enough. Would be perfect for someone that weighs 150ish pounds because then you can at least still bench 200lbs

For the price the product is just ok. The bench does not feel very study especially if you are on the heavier side. It works ok for a smaller person I probably would not purchase again.
