As other reviewers mentioned it is a bit small, but I suppose if all you're using it for is melting chocolate, you likely don't need something much bigger. For my purpose, I needed to cook 6 egg yolks and 1 cup of sugar to add to Masscarpone cheese for a tiramisu. It all fit, was able to cook over simmering water and was also able to fit a hand mixer to blend it all together. Worked perfectly for my needs and would highly recommend! ... show more
