Easy to put together and take apart for cleaning. I like that it has really high walls as my cat likes to pile his litter up on one side. Tracking is reduced a good deal with this box too. Other boxes, my cat was easily able to throw his litter out the door but that hasn't been an issue with this one. I was worried about the stairs slipping but they are stable and there's been zero incidents. The size is great for larger cats too. My cat isn't fat, he's just a long cat and he has plenty of room to turn around and sit up in the box. Only change I would like to see is a spring release for the lower level - the easiest way to empty these boxes is just to stick it in a bag and dump it out. The clip on is fine but the spring release of the lid top is so much easier. The litter box scoop attachment is fine but I wish I could change it to the other side instead. Overall, it's a nice box and the stainless steel will make it last a lifetime.

I have been thinking about switching to a better option from our plastic litter box and this product is the perfect fit for us. The design is elegant and beautiful. Also, it's pretty good in size and quality materials, the stainless steel box additionally to its durability, is more hygienic. The stairs are sturdy and the rug is a nice compliment to maintaining the area clean. The lid part can be removed very easily and we love the vent it has on top. Overall we highly recommend this litter box, it was super easy to assemble and didn't require any tools, it takes less time to clean and no smell whatsoever, my cats started using it right away so that's a plus.

I’ve had this litter box for almost 5 months now and it’s been great for my two cats. The parts are easy to disassemble/reassemble, it’s very easy to clean, and very rarely are there leaks when my cats decide they want to aim at the little door. We have terracotta tile floors, and the mat with the steps tends to slip a bit each time they use it, so you may have to adjust it every now and then. However, it does a great job of catching and holding on to what it can once my cats exit the box. The smell is significantly better than it was with our previous plastic litter box, which i’m sure is due to the stainless steel combined with the filter at the top. Overall, for a manual litter box, I would highly recommend.

I have used traditional plastic cat boxes for far too long! I have two cats, one weighing 23#’s & the XL size works great giving him the space he needs. Although the steps are of great quality, very sturdy & firm the big boy doesn’t like them - easy fix since they’re removable. The door was another issue for him but again that’s an easy fix as it’s removable too! This box is easy to clean with the pop off lid. This is a very sturdy unit - again my 23# cat stood on top of the lid & the lid didn’t flinch one bit😆! Love the depth of the pan and sides for my male cats & no urine leakage. The BEST functionality of this box is the oder control!!! I had a foul lingering oder even with air purifiers running & decided it was time for a new litter box. When I seen the stainless steel box a massive 💡 went off!! THIS has to be my solution!! What a game changer it was!!! Within 2 days of replacing the nasty plastic box with this wonderful stainless steel box the oder is GONE!!!! My only complaints is the mat for catching litter is very small and of little help due to size although the concept is great. Product was packaged properly within a very thick firm cardboard box with hard plastic corner protectors inside but I still have a small dent near the bottom curve from side to bottom - the dent doesn’t affect the use by any means which is why I am not returning but felt it was shipped with the dent. For those two reasons I gave this 4 ⭐️’s

I really love the metal base. Every litter box we've had in the past is plastic and over time gets scratched up and doesn't clean as well. This one is deep and stainless steel. The edges and corners are easily cleaned as well. This replaces an expensive automatic cat litter system we had that was more trouble than it was worth and had the same issue of plastic parts and was difficult to deep clean with all of the electric and moving parts. Going to this was a big relief. We have 3 cats and none of them had an issue with the door flap. I also didn't notice any smell at all since using it so it being fully enclosed makes a difference. We've tried many different types over the years and so far this is my favorite. UPDATE: We have been using this for over 6 months now. It is by far the best litter box we have used including our automated one that this replaced and was over $400. I also love the scoop as it is the perfect design - thin enough slots for getting everything but designed so that it quickly filters. I accidentally threw it away and bought several replacements and none of them have been nearly as well designed. We removed the stairs after awhile as they were not needed but I appreciate they have them for pets with mobility issues or for maybe smaller kittens. For our cats it was just not needed and was one more thing to clean.

I have 7 rescues and no matter what I did, the litter boxes would hold smells. I can't justify buying 2 or even 1 of the $600 automatic ones so, I tried this when they went on sale. It's amazing!! Cleaning is so easy, the sides are high enough where even my biggest kicker isn't getting litter everywhere. Urine will stick with the litter I use but, it's fine. I can spray it out, wipe down and zero smell. I will be buying a 3rd soon. Highly recommend!!

Look no further, this is the only cat litter box you’ll ever need. It’s big, sturdy and easy to clean. The cat has privacy and they can turn around in it - which is a must for a box with a lid. Great customer service also!
