I bought two of these for a friend of mine that owns breakfast / lunch diner. Thought he would save on not using paper towels. Also doesn't fill up the dumpster quite so fast. I think people like the hand dryer option. One has been in use for about a year or so. Works great still. The second one was bought about 4 months ago for the employee bath.

Overall this is a great unit. It was a little difficult getting the wire into place to hard wire it, I think the connection strip could be beefed up a little, and the left side enclosure screw would not go back into place so we left it out. Other than that this seems to be a great little hand dryer for the money you cant go wrong. I would buy this unit again if I ever need another

Product came with dented with damaged packaging and missing the supposedly included hardware (screws, washers, and anchors.Picked up the missing parts from the hardware store and installed. It’s very powerful for its size so the product itself is a good value.
