This litterbox is horrible. It spills out the front when cleaning and spills litter where the bag is supposed to catch the dirty litter. It’s difficult to assemble and clean. The litter box won’t connect to my wifi or the app in the instructions. I have to unplug, and plug it back in for it to actually clean I can’t even press the button. For $300 I feel like it should at least be able to connect to the wifi. ... show more

4 stars because the app is terrible. But I can't fault the product. It was easy to put together, is quiet during the cleaning process. The app it just disastrous. It took forever to pair and some cuss words thrown in. It doesn't measure the cats weight, duration of use, and only records 2 uses per day even though notifications of use is higher. We have been using it for about a week for 2 cats. It was easy to set up and the app is very easy especially with the qr code. I use corn litter works wonderful. No smells no mess and the cats love using it and love watching it clean even more.

The set up was easy and also syncing the app. But all went bad afterwards, the litter area would not level out, so the litter didn’t cover the area for the cat’s waste. As a result the pee went onto my floor. The unit itself was very tiny, my cat is less than 10 pounds and barely fit inside.

The media could not be loaded. First off it didn’t come with a mat, even though that’s listed in the description. Secondly, the barrel is two different pieces and there is a small gap where it comes together. It’s not seamless. Litter is coming out through it. The sensor is in the front and it’s very sensitive. You can’t stand in front of it or walk in the vicinity and if you have a cat that likes to watch it will pause A LOT or not cycle at all. It is definitely not quiet when it spins. It says multicat but idk about that. It seems to struggle to complete the cycle even though it’s plugged directly into an outlet. I’m going to give it sometime but I doubt it will get any better.
