We absolutely love this litter box! We have 4 cats and normally have 2 litter boxes and the up keep on them is unreal. With 2 working adults in the house it's a lot to keep up with a long with all the other household chores. My daughter purchased some other robot litter boxes and paid well over $400 each for them and I just couldn't see spending that kind of money. I shopped around and decided on this one and we have had it for a week. It's the best thing we have purchased since buying our own house. Please get this one, don't let the price fool you. The quality is top notch and I just ordered a second one for the bedroom.

So this product is expensive and has multiple glitches. Unfortunately, it’s past the 30 days so I cannot send this thing back. This thing is nothing but a waste of money it waste cat litter. It only cleans out the cat poop if the cat pees in the litter box it sticks to the litter box and doesn’t clean it. The machine cannot often tell what is clean and what is dirty so every two or three days it will completely empty out all of the litter for no reason at all thus wasting litter. I got this box because my husband couldn’t remember to manually clean our other litter box and this litter box has become nothing but a giant headache. It often doesn’t correctly for the software programming that makes it work. It disconnects from the Wi-Fi has trouble reconnecting and acts like the litter needs to be changed to when it does not there are so many glitches that this product is not worth buying and honestly I wish I could just get a giant refund because it does not work like it said it should and like I said there are a lot of glitches. Do not buy this just if you’re gonna have cats just clean your cat poop regularly Comes with charcoal bags that are set to be washable and keep the smell out however, mine were missing. The directions that came with the cat litter box were little to no help at all. I literally had to YouTube how to get this thing to work also the litter box is not quiet like it says it’s a very, very noisy and sometimes it does not clean itself. I have to go in and either push a button on the box or on my phone, there are multiple glitches in this product is not ready for the public yet.

Amazing automatic litter box! The app connection doesn’t work for me unfortunately (my wifi is incompatible), but the ability to just click a button to clean up messes is perfect for me. Otherwise, the box will clean itself within about 5 minutes or so after detecting a weight change inside of it. I use this next to a hidden plant litter box (also on Amazon) and my 2 cats adjusted fairly quickly. They had some issues transitioning from the pan to boxes, especially the automatic one, but being treat motivated I was able to place some inside before it was used to coax them into it. Since then, no problems! They were both very shy when I first adopted them, and yet the movement of the box cleaning itself didn’t affect them which is wonderful. This box also seems very safe to me — no real risk of harm as it moves very slowly and is an open concept in case an animal or person is nearby. The only real concern I’ve had besides the app connection and not being able to adjust the cleaning time delay (this has to be done in the app) is the litter types used. I use the Tractor Supply pine pellets in the hidden box and LOVE it. Its odor control is wonderful, but the pellets are too big for the automatic one. I’ve tried turning them into sawdust with water and breaking them down into smaller pieces with a hammer to use in this device, but they are still too big. They get trapped in the grate, so very few covers the bottom. I have to use the standard clay litter which gets dirtier and releases more odor in my opinion, but it’s not the end of the world for me. For the cheaper price than other models, this one really does what I need it to!

this works so well. my cats love it. i have one with A LOT of anxiety and she actually took right to it? i’m impressed. my house doesn’t stink any more (not that it did before but poo smell could linger if not cleaned immediately) and since it’s cleaned immediately i never smell it! it stops when they get near it. i’m very very happy with it. the app sucks but it does what it needs to do and scoops right after they go. also very easy to clean, 10/10

I find it odd that when I originally purchased this product a couple weeks ago it had a much better star rating and glowing reviews and now not so much. That being said it does do its job, quietly and effectively and my cats have taken to it with no issues. I do however have an issue where it alerts that a cat is “stuck” in it and then it has to be unplugged to reset it so that it will finish the cleaning cycle. I wouldn’t mind this so much if it wasn’t at least twice a day OR in the middle of the cleaning cycle so the box could still be used. Essentially if I want the litter to be accessible I have to unplug and replug or there’s no where for them to go.

I am elderly with mobility issues so I was looking for a solution that would avoid long periods of time bending over to clean a litter box. Daily cleaning is fine with the unit. It dumps the poop and urine in a bag at the back which means very little bending. But you have to take it apart to wash off the built up poop on the sides about once a month or it completely stops working. The problem is it does not come completely apart thus it is impossible to completely empty the litter and water out that you’ve use to wash it. There is a plastic ring on the front that keeps that from happening. Plus not to mention how heavy the bin is if you are taking it out to rinse it out with a water hose like I ended up having to do. When this unit stops working which probably won’t be long because it so finicky I will not replace with an automatic cleaner. I have had for 2 months and it has problems daily.

I really wanted to love this litter box. Setup was a little clumsy, but okay. It was hard to fill with litter because of the way it has to sit to see the fill line. Even though it said it was large enough, my cat barely fit and he's not super huge. Constantly got messages of "things" being "stuck". Just not worth the trouble. I went back to scooping.
