Bench arrived in two days after ordering. Well packaged and easy to put together. The material is ok but noticed pulling away from orange tube trim in a small corner area. The bench is comfortable to use. I am 5’5 about 130. The preacher curl pad feels like it may not hold heavy weights without breaking as the material inside is light wood/ particle board and padding. The underside of all pads is lined with a very thin backing material and trimmed oddly with a different black seam strip that stapled on and twisted on the corners. It would seem like this bench would be pretty nice if more thought and care was put in to materials and construction. The design colors are nice and over all the bench is pleasing to look at. The frame is great, and seems very sturdy. It would be better if the leg roller was further away from the mount or could pivot to extend outward. I do like the multiple positions and the ability to fold up and store. I would recommend this bench but I think it’s a bit over priced. ... show more

    • Good bench with arm curl support
I’m upgrading from a plain workout bench to this one. I really wanted arm support for my bicep curls but didn’t have room for a standalone set in my workout room. This combo worked out great and takes up the same amount of space as my old one. This set also have a bar so you can have some support as you do crunches. It’s another thing that my old one didn’t have. The assembly took me about 20 minutes. It was pretty straightforward and the instructions were simple. The bench feels pretty balanced and sturdy.     • Curl pad not wide enough, product not sturdy at all
I bought this for the purpose of working with my Apollo board made by the same company. You’d think because of this, the products would be compatible but you’d be wrong! The bench itself is narrow and not sturdy at all so even using it without the Apollo board isn’t useful but when using it with the board, the bench itself doesn’t fit well and is too short. The preacher curl pad is crazy small and you basically have to have your elbows touch to be able to curl, that’s how narrow it is. Find a different bench. ... show more

Immediately reboxed and returned. The photos show a full size bench and preacher pad. You can see in my photo that is clearly not the case. False advertising.
