We've been using this to charge a Mach E Mustang for about a year now and it's been great. Our place is only wired for a 30 amp so we bought this to be able to connect our 50 amp charger and just dialed the draw down on the Ford app so it only draws about 28 amps. They say you save thousands but It stop working after 1.5 years. I just lost $375. They want $175 for repair. This company's been around for a while now, but they still can't produce a gadget that lasts a while. Either that or they don't care because they know they use the cheapest components.

I used to have a Neocharge, but SplitVolt meets my needs better. Easy to install - the mounting kit means you can put the connectors away from the sockets relative to the socket, and the in-built breaker makes it easier to safely plug or unplug devices. We use it to charge our Nissan 2021 Leaf. It takes about 8 hrs to fully charge from 20%. It runs at about 28 Amps. It automatically stops when our drier is use (appropriate so it doesn’t overload the breaker). It’s just Plug and Play!
