3-year Update: I never wrote a review after the first purchase three years ago but here I am now back to buy another one. This has been hands down the best EVERY SINGLE DAY USED electric kettle. It’s never lost how fast it heated up nor how hot it got. Pretty much everything worked on it until maybe a year ago when it stopped turning off on its own after boiling. It is a nice feature to have because of piddling around but not a deal breaker. I’ve primarily used it to boil water but recently tried boiling tea in it and turn out perfect. There are some what I suspect rust spots in the heating metal where it meets the water but could be the Houston water and I used a Brillo pad once to clean the junk from the hard water. I’m here to buy another one that’s fresh and new and will continue to use the old one but primarily for tea and stuff. Highly recommended!

I bought the Offacy Electric Kettle mainly because I wanted something simple, fast, and reliable for everyday tea or quick meals—and this kettle nails it. It boils water surprisingly quickly, probably faster than my old stove kettle. The glass body is nice because you can easily see when it’s ready, and the blue LED lighting when boiling is a fun touch. The kettle sits neatly on a small base, so you don't have to drag a cord around when pouring, and the auto shut-off is great for peace of mind. One thing I noticed is the lid doesn’t fully detach—it just pops open. This can make cleaning inside a bit tricky, especially if you have big hands or prefer to wipe it down after use to avoid water spots. But honestly, it hasn’t been a huge deal for me. There's also a handy little mesh strainer built into the spout, so you won't accidentally pour out any tea leaves if you brew directly in the kettle, which I do a lot at work. Pros: - Fast Boiling: Heats water quickly, ideal for morning tea or fast meal prep. - Glass Design: Easy to see water level, plus it looks great in the kitchen or office. - Auto Shut-Off: Turns itself off automatically after boiling, giving some peace of mind. - Built-in Mesh Strainer: Prevents tea leaves or small particles from ending up in your cup. It's beautiful in person and boils water even faster than I imagined. It's a great size, whether you're having tea for one, or hot cocoa for the whole family. The cord and heating plate feel safe and substantial. It has a small footprint on the counter, and the variety of colors would make it a lovely addition to any kitchen.

I bought this kettle in 2023. Loved that it boiled water fast and the blue light was fun to watch. Fast forward to 2025 and the kettle has started to leak water at the base. Tried cleaning it with CLR as there was a small amount of calcium build up on the inside of the kettle and at the base. Unfortunately, it still leaked even after I cleaned it. I would love to order another one as I like the blue light and it boils water fast but I think this time I’m going to try a different brand.

So easy to use. Boils water so quickly. Easier than a tea kettle on the stove and much faster. I love the blue lights. Only drawback it does not make a sound when the water is ready, like a kettle whistles. But it's no big deal because it has an auto-shut off so your water won't boil away if you forget it. I use it every day and love it
