Extraordinary Customer Service gets five star
Size: 12V1A 12W-1P
Wow! What can I say about above and beyond customer service of this seller (inSharePlus). I received power supply with missing female connector. Contacted seller through email and Jennifer replied immediately and addressed the issue making sure that I am happy and satisfied. I think Jennifer needs to start a class for other sellers and train them for how customer service should be! About the product I’m not sure how it will turn out in a long run. But customer service is a major part of buying from Amazon with confident and you won’t regret buying from this seller because they really know how to support their customers! ... show more

Incorrect cable fit for my use.
Size: 12V1A 12W-1P
Product specs indicated this would work with my LED garden plant starter light. However the cable fitting that should have plugged in to the light fixture was either mismanufactured or designed to the wrong physical size. No adapter available in the box to fix the fit problem. Don’t doubt it could have worked if it had fit but no way to know. I returned it same day. ... show more
