It looks like Amazon's review delivered as promised. I had a Kohler shower-head which is a first-rate product but I was never happy with its performance. It was one of those "rain" types that trickled water out at a poor rate. This new "SparkPod" shower head is terrific! It to is a rain type head but the water belts-out at a far better flow rate; and, I'm finally enjoying my expensive bathroom/ shower remodel. I forgot just how important a good shower head is to my morning ritual. Amazon is to be complimented also. I ordered the thing yesterday afternoon and the shower head was waiting on my front porch this morning. Installation took a couple of minutes and even the teflon tape was provided by SparkPod! My wife and I love our new shower head. I had no trouble installing it after I put the 2.5 gal. restrictor in it which provides just the right amount of pressure and volume of water. It seems to be quality made and looks great. Decent shower head for a fair price. The fitting is brass, so that’s a nice touch instead of the cheap plastic seen on others. Aesthetically, it is well finished and very clean looking. Wow! Just wow! Even the builder told me the showerhead in my house was going to be too weak and I would want to get a high pressure shower head. After reading reviews, I selected this one and it was a good choice. I was going to use the 2.5 gpm insert, but opted for the washer insert instead. After the easy install, I turned on the water, and all I could say was, "Wow!" It's a night and day difference between the old head and this one. YES!!! FINALLY!!! This is the shower head he's been looking for, and it is under 40 bucks! My husband has complained about shower heads for 20 years. We've bought a few of the "fancy" ones with 17 different massage settings that all basically do the same thing: assault you with thin needles of water that just about take your skin off and leave you standing there cold and covered in goosebumps because the thin little water jets are so sparse and spread out that you have to constantly move in circles just to catch a little water. All he has ever wanted is a simple, one-setting shower head that will make him feel thoroughly (but gently) DRENCHED, not pressure washed. This is the one. It's simple, it's perfect.
