The filtration makes the water noticeably softer against the body and for the first time in a while I got out of the shower and didn't feel itchy after drying off. This is my second filter. You can definitely tell they work. We have horrible well water and it has helped filter a lot of the junk out. I usually have to buy a whole new shower head because of the build up. Just replaced the filter and the shower head is fine. The security stickers are a pain. You have to do a lot scraping and pulling. Took me longer to do that than to install the filter. Some type of design fault? Not sure.

EDIT: The seller was very responsive. They refunded my order, and sent another replacement cartridge free of charge. They've certainly won me over to order again next time. These filters come with a seal on both ends to verify it's an OEM product. Not sure what changed since the last time I ordered, but the seals on these new filters are god-awful. The pull tab pull some of the plastic off, and leaves a paper residue across the rest that you need to pick at for a good 20 minutes to remove it off. I ended up needing a razerblade to actually get most of it.

Installed to combat hard water for hair and skin. Works well and easy to install, water pressure is a little low and will need to buy a separate attachment for more pressure. Filters only lasted a couple months before we saw calcium buildup but for the price was still worth it
