This is a comfortable pillow with a soft feel and good overall quality. The cotton cover is nice, and it fluffs up well after unpacking. My only complaint is that it lays a bit flatter than I'd prefer, especially if you like a pillow with more loft. Even so, it's comfortable to sleep on and offers decent support.
