I got this chair two years ago. I wanted to wait to see wear and tear before sending a review. I’ve got to say the chair needs a deep clean soon but It’s held on pretty well. Ok I'll give a full review. I've been using a plastic office chair so this is a step up. However I did have some concerns but I'll give an unbiased review. The box wasn't heavy. I appreciated that. I had to carry it far. The assembly was fairly easy. The base legs are so sturdy and easy to snap in place. I feel like that was a pleasant surprise. The rest seems quality. The screws are decent as well. I was so surprised to see abec 7 bearings in the arm rests that's something I used on skateboard. It made so much sense when I reclined that it would use skateboard bearings to recline smoothly. I appreciated that. What I had before was plastic so this feels great. The leg rest seems flimsy but it won't be used much. The massage quality is actually good for me. Its a good size and functions like an upscale office chair. As far as value I'm worried to say it's worth it because out of the box where the armrest is at the leather was already ripped. I did a decent amount of research online I'm not gaming so I'm not spending secretlab money on a chair but I do office work. I had hoped at work I could get a comfortable chair that will last me through basic work. I must say though the all black is the color to go with. Cheaply made, arm rests deformed within the first week, the foot rest is also very cheap feeling like i'd break entirely if I was to let a toddler sit on it and only 1 of the 2 supports has a screw the 2nd support doesn't even have a hole for the screw, for $100 I'll bare with it, it's not a deal breaker, as long as the chair works as a chair, but almost exactly 1 year later, the chair stops working as a chair and the back no longer locks in place, so you are forced to sit up straight with no back support, and if for any reason you forget that the back support is broken, then you'll simply fall back and tip over while in the chair. The worst part is that I know it didn't break from vigerouse wear and tear, as I just adjusted the chair once when I got it set up, and then never messed with the angle again. Then one day it just chose that it didn't want to be a chair anymore. This is the gaming chair equivalent of paper plates, you get it for a special occasion to get the job done for that day on a tight budget and then toss it out, at least paper plates are cheap and easily recyclable ... show more
