I’m using two of these hoses for my hot tub. The connection it comes with is only about 2” and therefore there’s no wiggle room. This way the pump can be away from the tub. Great quality.

Overall it gets the job done. The washers included prevent leaks on both connection points. Connects well to adaptors and faucets but the fittings on the connectors are a bit soft so can get crushed/disfigured if enough pressure is applied. The overall structure of the hose is rather soft so it is prone to kinks if not kept straight. It does tend to link when dragging around but with caution the water flows just fine. It is a good hose to water plants or to pass water from a faucet to a pressure washer. Works great with most hose heads but does tend to leak a small amount. This could be due to the hose head being in a worn condition so it may not leak with a new one. ... show more

It's just long enough that I don't even need to go into the birds (chickens and ducks) penned area to dump the water out of the plastic swimming pool. The inner diameter is not reduced like the other hoses, not restricting water flow. Hose is heavy duty. Research as most are large in outside diameter and greatly reduced at the end. This is the one to get folks.
