To open the Sauna Box, put the Pe-foam on the bottom and lay the folding chair in the housing. Build the Sauna Box inside the wall to keep it standing. 2. Plug the power cord into the power socket. 3. Using the Hand-held controller to set up the time and tempreture. 4. It is suggested that pre-heat the Sauna Box and the foot pad for five minutes. Use of the footpad depends on individual preference. 5. When all the time and temp has been set up, a suggestion is to drink a cup of 300-500 cc's of water. Then sit in the Sauna, unplug and pull out the power cord. 6. Dry the water after using, open the zipper to ventilate, pack and store after heat has dissipated. Use clean damp cloth to wipe off, and then fold. No need to wash. Don't use cleaning agents or solvents. My sister in law has an actual EMF meter, so I tested it. Nope. Not low EMF. Just like any other regular FAR Infrared EMF reading. I’m giving this product a 2 for lots of reasons. The first is where are the instructions. The little pamphlet that comes with it doesn’t tell you much at all like what to do with the polls on the inside and how to heat the thing up before you get in. I think I finally figured it out. Hopefully. Other thing is the foot pad should come with a warming telling you have something on your feet. It gets super hot and I mean hot. Lastly it takes forever to get to the max temp. I sat in it for almost one hour and it didn’t reach the Max temp until 45 minutes in. I had to get my husband to take a light blanket and place it around the unit to keep all the heat in. The heat escapes from around the neck area. Once I covered all of that it went to the max. The chair is soooo uncomfortable. If you have any height on you your going to suffer after a few minutes. I wrapped a pillow in plastic and put it to my back for comfort and support. I had to take a break after 30 minutes to give my knees a break because I felt smushed. This unit could stand to be a little taller and a preheat setting. You have to turn it on, zip it up and let it get hot first but that ticks the time down. If you want all of your time you will have to reset it once you get in. I did finally get a good sweat and the temp was comfortable. I like I can stick my hands out to wipe my face or check the timer. I’m going to keep it and keep working with it. I plan to wrap a towel around my neck before I get in it so when it’s zipped no heat can escape. I going to heat it for 5 minutes and then get in so I don’t sit there so long waiting on it to get warm. Great product! Easy to set up and use! Feel great afterwards!!! I wear a bandana around my neck and put a towel in the chair and over the foot pad to help catch sweat. The foot pad gets super hot so a dish towel is perfect for making the heat tolerable and a good sweat catcher. As far as adding it to exercise for weight loss or pain relief, I've only used it a couple of times so I'll update on that after more use. Hoping it will relieve some tendonitis pain in the ankles and help with a knee injury from a wreck last summer. We'll see! Satisfied!!!! I wish the neck piece alone was removable for easier wash so I don't like to close it all the way around my neck but a bandana helps with that. ... show more

Unfortunately I wanted to love this thing but I couldn't because the Electro magnetic radiation was extremely high. The site for the sauna Said that it was low your math but I bought an EMF reader and saw that this was very high. I did feel queasy and a bit of a headache when I used it and after I tested it I knew I couldn't keep it. Adding quite a bit to my pandemic self-care routine. By that, I mean sleep aids. I take them and stay awake too long and order stuff like this. It showed up and I thought “well, let’s try it out”. I pulled it out of the box- it looks nice, all the pieces were there, instructions were easy. I started its engine and got ready for an adventure. I hopped in, zipped it up, and hit ON. It got really hot (like good hot- not July in Nashville at an outdoor country music concert) but smelled a bit like burning plastic. Sort of thought it was going to explode with me inside- wouldn’t that be 2021?! It didn’t, I’m assuming the burning smell was just its “first go” scent. Have been using daily and honestly feel great. I luv this purple beauty. The heat has helped me to sweat out toxins and lose weight. It is comfortable and easy to use. I initially had a sauna blanket but this tent is superior. It’s hotter and more comfortable than the blankets. I th8nk everyone should have this portable unit in their home.

Love the sauna, the size is perfect. Only problem is I'm missing the rods on one of the sidewalls so it collapses some on me. I don't want to return the whole sauna but would like the rods so the heat won't be so close to my skin.
