We recently downsized and moved to a much smaller house. Unfortunately, there is no room for the 2-person, Cedar sauna we owned, so we gave it away. My wife has Fibromyalgia and I suffer from severe Neuropathy in my extremities. It was suggested that we could both benefit from removal of inflammation and the toxins that may be contributing to our pain. Upon arrival of the unit, it was observed that almost no assembly was required. It took about 15 minutes for the unit to reach 135 degrees F. I ordered the Oversized Sauna because I am a 6-foot, 250 lb. man. The included folding chair is rated for 300 lbs. and somewhat comfortably accommodates me. There is plenty of leg room and shoulder room. The unit holds temperature very well when all openings are closed and the four separate far-infrared heating panels provide intense heat throughout the 30-minute cycle I set it for. There is also a heating pad at your feet but I find it too hot for my neuropathy. So far I am very impressed with this relatively inexpensive infrared sauna. The wife and I can’t use it simultaneously but for less that 10% of what we paid for our cedar sauna, it is an impressive accomplishment.

Was concerned originally because carton was torn and appeared to be possibly used and not well packaged. All parts were there however and unit opened easily and heated quickly in 5min. . Appears to be working properly, if not, hopefully the problems will be evident before the 30-day return policy expires. Will update if problems exist...

This was perfect and just what I needed. I like that the product is very easy to assemble and light weight. The chair wasn't in the box with the sauna but I contacted the seller immediately, they gave me a very warm apology and 2 days later I received the chair. I really appreciate them for acting so quickly. The chair is similar to a folding lawn sports chair but not as big. You can replace it for a bigger chair if that is your preference but it worked well for me, I am 230lbs and 5'8". The sauna heats up really to 140 degrees and the footplate can be very hot as well but you can adjust the temperature on that to be lower than the sauna temperature. The timer goes up to 60 minutes. I normally place a towel in the chair so the metal on the chair doesn't burn me. Once I am in I just relax and enjoy my quiet time while I sweat out those toxins. There are zippers to put your hands through if you want to read or be on your phone and a pocket for the remote. I am pleased with this product and happy I invested in it.

do not buy this sauna !!!!! I got it in feb and 6 months later it just stopped working I have been trying to get in contact with the company and nothing. do NOT BUY THIS UPDATE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! their suggestion was for me to open and try to rewire my sauna

Great product! Easy to set up and use! Feel great afterwards!!! I wear a bandana around my neck and put a towel in the chair and over the foot pad to help catch sweat. The foot pad gets super hot so a dish towel is perfect for making the heat tolerable and a good sweat catcher. As far as adding it to exercise for weight loss or pain relief, I've only used it a couple of times so I'll update on that after more use. Hoping it will relieve some tendonitis pain in the ankles and help with a knee injury from a wreck last summer. We'll see! Satisfied!!!! I wish the neck piece alone was removable for easier wash so I don't like to close it all the way around my neck but a bandana helps with that.

Was excited to receive! There is NO instructions on how to use the remote! There are 2 small poles in the sauna but nowhere does it say anything about the poles! not in the instructions, contents or parts. If one is aware enough common sense would say they fit in the connections! The footpad get way to hot, if I turn down the temp, then the sauna gets cooler! I’ve only used once and have not decided if I’m gonna keep the sauna. I may return and look for a better option. Update: 3/17/21: I’ve now used this many times! The heat is good! I love the concept! Still can’t get the foot pad heat separate from the sauna heat. ! Also I’ve had to sew several of the seems because the seams keep coming apart! The company needs to make the seems a tighter stitch!! They come apart too easy! I’m past the window to return. I would strongly encourage to look at other options. I love the concept, but this is really cheaply made.

I really enjoying my Portable Far Infrared Sauna like never before. It's been a month and one week, & I see a different with my weight loss (-8 lbs) and feel wonderful. I'm ever so great for this Sauna. This sauna is made well, no problem putting it together, as it's self explanatory. I do it 3 times out of the week, and of course making other changes in my life, as far as nutrition, exercising, proper rest, getting enough sunlight & etc...... I no longer have pain on my feet, and can workout a little longer than before. It's amazing how your body can response to changes when you're consistent, and dedicated. Thank you once again. I so greatly appreciate the opportunity to do business with this company.
