The media could not be loaded. Awesome Hot Tub! Purchased this cautiously as I wasn't sure what to expect from a hot tub purchased online but this has far exceeded our expectations. It took 3 adults and a pair of hand trucks to get it to the back of the house from the driveway but once we got it in place it was so easy to set up. Only took a little over an hour to fill up with water and heated up very fast. The seats are so comfortable and the jets were really nice. You can adjust the power of the jets by turning the knobs. The waterfall feature is probably one of my favorite parts. It's so relaxing. Sometimes we just sit there with the jets off and the waterfall on and it's so tranquil. We've easily fit 5 adults in the hot tub very comfortably. The size of the hot tub was definitely better than expected. The value that we got for this hot tub is amazing. The cover also is very sturdy and strong. We've enjoyed our hot tub almost nightly since we received it and are looking forward to continuing to use it in the future.

This is by far the best hot tub I’ve ever purchased and I’ve had at least six. At first I had to contact the manufacturer because I couldn’t get up below 98°. I found out by simply opening half of the lid that it would cool off enough. it is easy to operate. It is definitely the best buy for the money and I like the fact that you can contact the manufacturer with questions about its operation. Just buy it you will not regret it. Do not buy one of those inflatable junkie things. In six months, they’re a wreck

The media could not be loaded. Bought this during amazons prime sale when it was 33% off for only $2200. It’s been set up for two weeks and running like a champ. Happy I didn’t invest 4x times this amount in a local hot tub. It came on a crate, two guys helped unload it and for a couple of gatorades and some snacks they helped get it to the backyard. From there the thing was light enough to handle with just me and a buddy. Filled it, took 24 hours to heat up but once it’s heated it stays heated at the right temp. It is sort of a tight fit for 4 people. Knees touch but for the money, it’s a great buy.

After buying $850 Intex spas every year cause they fail every time just as warranty runs out. I decided to stop throwing money out and get a “real” spa. It’s only been a couple of months (which is a better track record than Intex) but couldn’t be happier. More room than I expected. I use this with the Mrs. On average of 3 times a week. Heat stays real stable, doesn’t drop 5 degrees like Intex junk. Only 4/5 stars simply because it’s only been 2 months. Only issue we had (overlooked) we had a slow leak just find a hidden drain plug where the cap wasn’t tightened down all the way. (On me) Otherwise I recommend this spa in a heart beat.

They delivered it to my house in just a couple days. The set up was so easy. I literally just filled it up with my hose and plugged it in once it was full enough since I was just using hose Water it took a couple days for it to warm up enough to get into. I’ve had it for about a month now and use it every day. It’s deeper than any of the other hot tubs that I’ve been in. The Jets work great, and there are actually three different styles of jets, depending on which seat you are sitting in. Two of the seats have adjustable jets. I love how many different settings there are for the lights on it as well, by tapping and holding the button for different length of time there’s actually a lot more settings then what I initially thought. I normally have it set to 104°, but sometimes I’ll Turn it down into the 90s so the kids can play in it. I was a little nervous about what the electric bill might be and I actually didn’t notice much difference. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I’ve been in a lot of different hot tubs that are way more expensive like two and three times the price and I definitely like this one the best. If you have four people in it, the legroom does seem crowded but that’s actually any four person hot tub that I’ve been in lol. It’s very sturdy, Looks great and works great. Cheers!

The only issue was delivery. Nobody called, it just showed up on a tractor trailer two days before the delivery window. Don't expect it to be placed on your porch for you. They can't deliver up stairs or across grass. Fortunately it is pretty light and my wife and I got it up the steps and into the porch. The product itself exceeds expectations. Super easy to set up. It took about 20 hours for the water to go from 70 degrees to 100 degrees. The jets are adjustable and very vigorous on the high setting. It maintains it's temperature well. The lighting is perfect. This model even has a built in ice bucket which is a super useful feature. The seating is very comfortable in every position. I've had the $15,000 Hot Springs spa's in the past and no doubt they are better in many ways but this one meets the need for so much less invested plus it works off a standard 120 volt outlet so no electrician needed. I would buy this again.

Bought a two person spa from another online outdoor furniture company. (Wfare) What hell. First one arrived within a week then motor blew up. Returned. Next one said to arrive 3 months later. 3rd month arrived and delivery was extended to the next month. Ridiculous. Cancelled order. Found this 4 person spa for same price; No Ozone, No two speed pump with heater. Bare bones. If you ask me, it's less parts to fail. Came within a week. Filled it up, plugged it in and adjusted the chemicals. Took a bit over 12 hours to heat up. I don't care; it works and I'm so friggin happy:))) haha Update ; 11 months in and it works great. Adding 3mls of activated Chlorine Dioxide twice a week, It reads like chlorine and kills biofilm in the tub and parasites in the body. This is the best thing since buttered bread! This is a work horse! Using it during the winter with minimal electricity use. Just keep the lid on it... It's pretty cool watching the rain under a covered umbrella in the steamy hot tub. This thing is worth it's weight in Silver...
