I was nervous about this! I am 5'2 36DD 190 lbs and I got an X-Large and it fits pretty perfectly. I do not have the most perky girls so if I wanted to achieve the cleavage that the model has in the pictures I would definitely need to wear a strapless sticky bra underneath which I was disappointed by. The top does hold the girls nicely but because it is just lace there is no way to make the girls more busty without adding something to help support the lace.
