  • Has all that is essential for a small hot tub
This is my 3rd hot tub. The other two were high end, 400 gallon, Sundance spas. The last one cost me $10k. I moved, and downsized to this hot tub. I've had it a month and it is a great basic tub. It fills and re-fills quickly (being only 200 gallons) and has all its vitals located in one corner behind a panel - that will make repairs much easier than large tubs. It takes a while to initially get up to temperature - but who cares? Just give it a day to heat up and digest the new chemicals. Even though its smaller, it can still fit a couple adults just fine. I can stretch out in it no problem (I'm 5'9"). I would guess that a 6' person would still be comfortable. I was skeptical about the resin construction, but it seems very hardy and durable. The included cover helps maintain temperatures just fine. The few controls do all the basics like temperature control, 2 speed jets, and a light. The light can be cycled to be any color including shifting between colors. There's one valve control to inject air into the jet system and it works very well. Note that leaving it on will cool the water - so remember to turn the bubbles off when getting out. Overall, this is a very good price. Delivery will simply depend on where you live, but mine went smoothly. It will arrive on a pallet and will be on its side with the heavy side down. I was able to lower it down flat by myself and slide it into position (it's on a concrete pad). When it's empty, it's very manageable and fairly easy to move around. That's another plus of getting this smaller size. Everything is just easier to deal with. ... show more

  • Great hot tub, worth every penny
Ease of setup was amazing. It was light enough on delivery that two of us could tip it back to slide a dolly beneath it and easily move it to where it was going. I wish that the control panel was not on the back side near the cord and electric panel but I get it, they were trying to minimize running wiring. A major thing to note is that none of the jets are adjustable. That being said, it's a great hot tub for the money. Once the cover is on, it will reach operating temps in a few hours and then easily maintain those temps. I keep it at 102 and it's usually at 103 when I open the cover. It's short compared to others, probably because it is rotomolded and doesn't have the large bulky frame raising it off of the ground a foot. I mention it because you can place it right on a concrete slab such as a patio or a deck and you really don't need stairs to get in and out. It seems to have no issues maintaining the temp in cold weather. We've had a snap here and we're in the 40s for a few days and it kept up just fine. So far, this has been worth every penny ... show more

  • Great therapy
This hot tub is the best thing I bought. I've had it for a year and it's wonderfull. It's lightweight and easy to move. The seats are so comfortable. Hook up was easy because you don't need an electrician. Regular outlet, unlike the more expensive larger ones. Lighting has so many color options and also a few settings where it will switch between all the colors (one option does that softly where it fades into the next color and the other option is more abrupt). You can control the speed of the jets as well. Temp management is a breeze. ... show more

  • Overall happy with this spa.
UPDATE 9/22/25 I know this review is long, but I have changed my review from 1 star to 5. Strong Spas reached out to me, and sent a technician to fix the defect - excellent customer service! The control module was quickly replaced and all is well, just a manufacturing/shipping fluke. We are very pleased with the spa as it's perfect for our limited space. UPDATE: Overall, this spa is good for one person, probably 2. Even though you can fit 4 people in it, I don't think they would all be able to get the benefits of sitting in the hot tub. Have not been able to use the spa yet, but so far I'm not happy with it. Set it up yesterday, per directions. Cleaned it and filled it. Plugged it in and the top control plastic box fell out. Googled the problem and evidently this is common. Directions to re-attach it said to use a silicone sealant. So, this morning, I unplugged the hot tub and tried to attach the control box, couldn't get it to stay, so decided to leave it alone. Plugged the tub back in but it would not power up. All Outlets were working, reset button on tub plug did nothing, figured a fuse had gone out. Reached out for on-line Aqualife help to locate fuse/circuit board, no help, told to call customer service. I gave up. By the grace of God, I was able to finally get the power back on, have no idea how. I'm afraid to touch anything on it now. The button on the control panel to work the jets does not seem to work right - it may or may not start/stop them, requiring numerous pushes. The manual has detailed photos and info on electrical connections; however no relevant photos to identify the common parts referred to in instructions. If I ever get to use the hot tub, I will update my review. UPDATE: Finally was able to get in the tub. It heats up nicely, like it should. The jets opposite the access door work well, the ones on the same side as the access are ok, not great. Still am unable to get the control module to stay in place so am using command tape to attach it inside the access panel, meaning I have to open the panel to be able to use the controls. I would not purchase this tub again, and recommend, if you can, spend a little more and get a "real" hot tub. ... show more

  • Missing Filter cover
The product came in great without any real damages. It really was a plug-in play type deal. I got a call from the manufacturer about a week ago saying they would call me to set up a delivery, but no one ever called. It just showed up in my driveway one day when I was out of town luckily I saw on my ring camera and had a couple guys come and set it up and remove my old hot tub. I got into it tonight for the first time. I was very impressed for the money. It is way nicer than the one I had before. It was missing and I’ve tried to contact them via phone the cover for the side of the filter box it has the top but doesn’t have the face plate so you can see the filter. Everything else seems to be there unless it was supposed to include A floater for the chlorine tabs. ... show more
