    • 260 days of hard use, and I now need a new one

I bought 3 of these for the family, we use them every day, and I loved them! For about a year. To get the basics out of the way.. It's completely adjustable, so it'll fit. It's roomy enough to carry 2 full gallons of anything, with a little wiggle room. It keeps everything cold (or hot if needed), looks and feels expensive, and is very sturdy. I have 2 in gray and 1 in black. After about 6 months, on the first gray bag, one of the adjustable straps came off. A stitch unraveled or something, but no worries, easy fix with a large safety pin (or a needled and thread if you're savvy). After 9 months of daily use on the 2nd one (also gray), the zipper pull fell off the track of the zipper's teeth.... several times. The first time we found the plastic was bent at the corner, and we were able to re-track it. By the 3rd time, it just won't hold. I'm currently using safety pins to keep it closed, so it's no longer a cooler. The black one is still going strong, but it's 1 year anniversary is coming up soon, we'll see! In the meantime, I want another one. Since I know how hard I am on my bags, I'll be replacing the gray one again, but I might try my luck with a different color! ... show more

I bought this bag about a little less than 2 months ago. Upon first impression I thought this bag looked great, held its shape well, had a good amount of storage, and appeared to be durable. Within the first week, one of the zippers began having issues. By the second week, a second zipper began giving me issues while the first defective zipper got worse. And then the zipper on a third pocket lost its rubber end and resulted in losing it's grip string. So I returned it for a replacement thinking I must have received a defective product. By the end of the first week, the stitching on the handle came apart and broke on 1 side when I used it to pick up my backpack. It's been 2.5 weeks with the replacement and that has been the only problem I've had with the replacement so far. I recommend looking for a more sturdy and durable product. If you used this daily, like I do, I believe you would be lucky to get 2 months out of it before having any issues. Edit: After three weeks with the replacement both storage compartment zippers would not open at all past a certain point. The zippers are garbage and will break on you. I processed the return for a full refund. Product has been received and still no refund. ... show more

We took this out on the pontoon last weekend and it did great. It worked much better than any of our hard coolers, big or small. You can carry it on your back or with a strap(s) on the side. It kept our redbull and two different kinds of root beer ;) very cold throughout the 6 hour boat ride. We had about 24 cans plus water bottles in it. Unless you are hosting a party of over 4-5 people this works great. i'd recommend for boat rides, beach, road trips, or byob at other parties. ... show more
