This is a five-star hot tub with a 4-star seller review. Our hot tub works like a charm. Just the two of us so we have no concern about it's size. We recently moved to Iowa from Florida and left our big hot tub behind. After doing our research we decided this as the one. I was reluctant because of how these plug and play hot tubs heat the water but we gave it a shot. I'm glad we did. We had to wait overnight to be able to use it but it was worth it. It's a simple hot tub, no fancy water falls, blue tooth speakers or other bells and whistles. It just works. I installed it by myself, although I had to remove a door frame to slide it into our four-season room. The jets are super powerful - much stronger than the big fancy hot tub we left behind. Simply put, it's a great hot tub. If only my wife could use it, which leads me to... The downside: It was supposed to come with the steps. See the Amazon ad. Do we have the steps? That's a no. At first I was told they were being shipped separately. The tracking number they gave me for that mysterious separate shipping did not work. After a few emails back and forth, being as my wife could not get into our hot tub without the steps, they shipped out another set. I don't know where they are. The tracking says they are in our state somewhere after taking a weird route from Pennsylvania to Iowa. Nevertheless, no steps. So I would bypass this seller, and frankly Amazon altogether, and order one directly from LifeSmart.

I was very skeptical about purchasing a hot tub for only $3K. I was also skeptical about a hot tub that runs on 110v. I wasn’t sure if it could keep the water hot while the jets were running. Based on reviews, I purchased it. So far it keeps the water at 104% while the jets run. I’m hoping that it still works this well in the winter. After two weeks, I really love this hot tub. Even my wife, who is skeptical about everything, really likes it. Now I’d like to tell you about the sellers, I watched the hot tub being unloaded from the truck. I went to my back yard to make sure everything was all set for them. I then came out front and they were gone. The left the hot tub at the bottom of my long driveway which has a steep hill. Thankfully I have great neighbors, and we were able to put it on two dolly’s and strap it to a truck. We were able to get the hot tub in the back yard. I told the sellers about this, and they offered me a very, very generous discount for my troubles. Then I realized the steps were not delivered. Again, the sellers came through and had the steps delivered quickly. So I have five stars for both the hot tub and the sellers
