  • Great for the money
Size: 6 Person
Overall- Great purchase. Affordable, well built hot tub. Pictured you see me sitting in a 104degree to start, down to 99degrees over an hour in 32 degree Fahrenheit in Wisconsin today. The black thermal cover keeps it warm and conserves energy in the cold winter months. The round inflatable insert/cover will be great for summer months and leave off the thermal cover. I’ve owned for 6 months and it works great through our cold winters. I leave cover partially on to conserve heat. When wife or daughter in I remove to allow the room we need. It has strong bubbles, not jets as listed. Which is fine. The hot tub itself is durable. The inflatable insert seems to lose air when exposed directly to cold air. Much like a balloon, and is to be expected(seen in picture. In summer it expands a little. Before I put thermal cover on I blow some air into it like a beach inflatable. All good then. The therm cover is great and helps conserve heat and keep heater from working overtime- conserve energy bill. It is a snug fit and requires put on in increments and possible two laps around while pulling it down. Fairly straight forward. In 6 months of use the cover has a small slit in it from pulling down. I’ll likely replace thermal cover come next winter (November ‘23). We put a lawn chair tipped over heater/blower and place towel over that to creat a breathable cover to keep it from out of elements in cold winter. Would definitely buy again. We paid $905 for it and it appears the price has come way down. It’s a 6 person 85”, but in reality fit 3-4 people comfortable. Does not have jets like a traditional hot tub, it’s more like strong bubbles. ... show more

  • UPDATE Missing parts
Size: 4 Person
2nd UPDATE: Seller offered a full refund or a new one. So they sent me a new one, it a arrived and all looks good. Even when products are sold with missing parts, not working properly , etc., as long as the seller makes it right, that’s all anyone can ask for! 👍🏼 UPDATE: The seller responded quickly. My options were to send it back and they would send me out a new one, or they will send me the missing part and instruction manual, which is the option I choose since this was a gift for my husband, they even offered me a discount for my inconvenience. Using it less than 4 days and it’s already showing an error code E90, which is a water flow issue. And I notice it seems to be wet consistently in one spot on the ground under the hot tub, even though it hasn’t been used for many hours and everywhere else is dry. The package arrived within 24 hours, which was impressive. However the box came damaged, and missing instructions and tube for inflating the actual hot tub. It looks like a specific part is needed to put air in it. I bought this as a surprised gift, I planned to have it set up and now I can’t use it until the part is sent to me. I have contacted seller. 2 stars for a quick delivery. ... show more

  • Terrible
Size: 6 Person
The tub itself feels very sturdy when inflated. However, the inflatable cover has several holes in it that I tried sealing but it isn't working. The tub is also leaking from somewhere on the bottom, and I can figure it out where. Customer service for Intex is awful and the guy placed me on hold 6 different times. Waste of money. ... show more

  • Best purchase ever!!
Size: 6 Person
We bought this spa for my husband's back. It is amazing!!! Set up was easy (did it by myself) & easy to take down. It bubbles so much you float right up. It's very soft with the mat that's included. Easy to get in & out. Love the light below the water. I did have a problem with the controller, but called Intex & they shipped me a new one after completing a claim form on line. No questions asked. Great customer service. Have recommended this spa to all my friends. We could not be happier with our purchase!! ... show more

  • Love it
Size: 6 Person
For my budget this is awesome. My husband has a pain syndrome and the hot water really helps him. Definitely want to put passing under the dogs which thankfully we did. There only issue is that the spa filter often pitches error E90 when the filters need to be changed which is every 1 - 2 weeks. Otherwise, it's great! ... show more

  • WELL WORTH IT!
Size: 6 Person
The media could not be loaded. I typically don’t write reviews on amazon but on this hot tub I had to! Hands down the best purchase i’ve made. Me and my step dad were surprised on how well built this hot tub is. I did the set up by myself and it was super easy! I also love how they throw in 2 headrests and a LED multi color light. I live in South Texas and temperatures are currently 40-60 degrees and this hot tub is holding up perfectly. Don’t hesitate to buy it!!! ... show more

  • Fantastic for the price
Size: 4 Person
For the price I really can't knock this - great value for money. Our 15 year old Marquis spa died recently and I just don't have the $10k+ for a new one at the moment. So purchased the Intex as stop gap until we can get a 'proper' spa again. My only niggles are that, being 110v the heater can't keep up when actually using it. The water temperature gradually drops from 101 to around 96 over approximately a 30 minute period. Second we are located in central California and the daily temps vary from 100+ during the day to mid 50's over night. This causes a lot of variation in the firmness of the tube. In the morning (when we use it the most) the tub can be quite soft causing water to spill out but in the afternoon / evening the tub is quite firm. Lastly, I really enjoy reading a book (Kindle) while in the spa. However, I can't in this one as the seating position is too low and my Kindle and reading glasses quickly become covered in spray. Again, just minor niggles - we are really enjoying having a spa again and, in our opinion, it is excellent value for money. ... show more

  • Not worth the money - lasts less than one year
Size: 6 Person
Note - warranty is from purchase date, not when received, customer support will not give any grace period. - you will get E90 code and the replacement cost for new module/pump is $ 300. The time to heat up this spa is very slow, 1 degree for 2 hours. you have to keep temp at 100 to be able to use when you want or plan on heating a day before. The jet bubbles blow cold air into the spa which cools it down immediately ( about 4 degrees for 30 minutes. you will have increase in electric bill of $ 100 per month. Get a real spa if you want durable performance. ... show more
