Product arrived a week early, I received a phone call from customer service prior to shipping and I also received a phone call from customer service after receiving and setting up the litter box. Never have I experienced such customer service. It took me 30 minutes from the time I opened the box, setting up the device, filling it with kitty litter and downloading the phone app. Works like an absolute charm my cat loves it and the deodorizing feature works quite well. Couldn't give it 5-stars for the following: Not a fan of the App used to operate-not all features are available Without a paid subscription, no internal light, internal space not as large. Let's see if the internal liner holding litter withstands the test of time. The brand has more expensive litter bots that perhaps have these features. Overall budget wise and if you haven't had the other features or a litter bot before I would recommend as a starter or extra box if multi- cat household

I want to like this, but every time it gets full I have to work some it magic to get it to reset. It keeps saying "Collection Bin Full" even If I just emptied it. And there are absolutely no instructions or guides for how to use the app. There are buttons in that app that don't do anything and don't even switch to on. It's getting frustrating.
