I LOVE THIS BED! First of all- I definitely recommend two people when putting this together! The instructions are very easy to follow and make putting it together fairly easy. It’s very sturdy. The height is perfect! I like mid-century modern and had my eye on a bed at WE … then I saw this bed and for hundreds of dollars less! Definitely a great value for our money! The wood color is exactly as stated and just truly beautiful!

This is the best thing I have ever bought. The package was so small but heavy so don’t go by the size. The moment I saw the package I started thinking on how I am returning it. The package had two levels of packaging so there were no dents or scratches to the actual pieces. The installation instructions were so simple compared to my previous experiences with ikea bed frames. Also there weren’t as many steps as some of the pieces came with pre assembled pieces. This is a solid wood bed frame and feels really sturdy. Love it very much. The polish looks great and looking for side tables which matches this bed.

This bed came packaged really well, and so it was sin perfect shape when it arrived. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I put it together (solo) in an hour or so. Some of the pieces were not labeled with little stickers, but it was easy enough to see the difference, and what went where, based on the pics in the instructions. The hardware kit had a little hex wrench, but they also taped a ratcheting hex wrench to the outside of the kit...lifesaver! OMG it was so much easier to use that little ratcheting thing, rather than turn a half turn, pull the tool out, reinsert tool, turn a half turn, remove....ugh. The bed itself is very pretty - solid wood with a nice finish (I got caramel) and fits nicely in my small home. It's easy to slide the mattress on and off to rotate it, and the space under the bed is perfect for my cute storage boxes. The clearance from the base to the floor is also perfect for my robo vac to get under easily. It's solid - feels very stable...and I"m not a small person. Me and my big 'ol dog slept quite comfortably with no fear it would fall apart. Glad I gave this one a try...for the money I feel it was well worth it.

I bought this, and matching nightstand, for my guest bedroom. It's pretty strong and stable. Good value and it's as attractive as more expensive models out there. I have slept on it as well so I can vouch that it supports mattress well and you can lean back comfortably if using pillows. Good value

Replaced old outdated bed frame in the guest bedroom with this frame. Packed well, no damage from shipping. Really impressed with the quality of this frame. Easy to assemble with minimal yelling. 😀. Appears to be real wood. Seen very similar mid century modern designs on other websites for a lot more money and they are not even made with real wood! Great purchase.

Overall Two thumbs up. Good price for something that is solid wood, relatively easy to assemble, king size, and has a head board. Likes: Went together easy enough. Pretty intuitive and well placed mounting hardware. Could be done alone. Seems like this would survive being taken back apart for a move (unlike some of my college era furniture). Has no squeaks or creaks moving around on it once all hardware is tightened down. Finish looks great. The few points of minor cosmetic marks that came from shipping (things always get roughed up in shipping where I am) or my own doing (from not watching the door when moving the unwrapped pieces) were easily touched up with a finish pen as since this is solid wood the scratches were extremely shallow and easy to conceal. Packaging was more than adequate with the double cardboard a nice touch for survivability of shipping with some “less than gentle” carriers. Also wrapping the styrofoam to keep the mess down is a plus . Dislikes: I do wish there were maybe 50% more supporting slats for the base as my mattress sags a bit through the spaces more than I care for. I added some spare birch boards had and cut and sanded to match the existing.
