Do not get this item. It broke in under 6 months (that’s me being generous). Customer service was not helpful and drug out what could have been an easy conversation. The product gets stuck, more often than not, where the cat can’t use it and doesn’t notify you of the error. Then when you pull out the section to change the poop bag, it often starts running (to finish dropping the poop in, that made it stuck) before you finish changing it. And the ASSEMBLE AND DISASSEMBLE IS A NIGHTMARE. There’s no way it should be this hard and everything perfectly aligned just to clean the machine and put in fresh litter. Putting in litter is not user friendly either. Just steer away. Not worth the purchase.

I have had a few self cleaning littler boxes and this one is the best easy/quick set up, easy to clean out and the BEST OF ALL NO MORE SMELL!! The only thing I have to say for quality is, I have a large cat if this was a bit taller or bigger that would be great and it’s easy for it to get off its track and I have to manually adjust (but that’s a rare occurrence).

I purchase this litter box for my 94 yr old mother in law. Excellent packaging, easy assembly, connection to wifi so I can monitor and it simply works. Liked it so well we purchased one for out cat. We were surprised how quickly both cats adapted to the "ball" but I guess we all know how much cats like boxes. :-) The "full" detection is good letting you know when to change bags. Good "no touch" system and very clean. The included mat does a very good job at cleaning litter off the cats paws when they exit the box. Highly recommended over the more expensive models.

Ok so it took a couple of weeks to get my cats to use it but they finally did!! I used it for a while unplugged and just manually cleaned it out. In the beginning I put fresh litter and treat on the step of the entryway to entice them. Then when they felt comfortable with that I put each in to check it out and gave them a treat inside. I did that for a at least a week. Then I put a little of their waste into the new auto litter box so they could smell their scent. Then they started using it with no power manually cleaning. Then after they were used to going inside I plug it in and let them watch it turn while I sat there with them letting them. Then after two week I powered it on and it went well. They are skittish so I had to take these extra steps. My phone notified me when they use the littler box!! So well worth the money and time to train them!! Reduced smell immensely. Good quality. Works well. Just use YouTube if you need help putting it together.

This is a mixed review. The product itself did not live up to my expectations BUT the customer service was fantastic. Each time I had an inquiry or issue the team responded super quickly. They were kind and worked to sort out my problem. For that reason I highly recommend them for purchases…just not the cat box. That was a disappointment! I bought this because it was supposed to be easier, cleaner and get rid of odor. It did none of these things. I replaced two cat boxes with this. They say that they can fit like a 10 to 15 pound cat. That’s not true. When they get in there, there’s no room really for them. When they scratch to cover, they’re scratching the side walls of this contraption. The first one quit working after a couple weeks and they gave me a 50% discount and sent me another one. I tried and tried but these do not work. I used to have to take the lid off two boxes scoop out the excrement, add more litter put the lids on and sweep. There have been times when this got stuck in cleaning mode and my cats being confused peed and crapped outside of it. When it rolls to remove waist, a lot of it is stuck to the side and doesn’t come off. I find that when it cleans I need to use my poop scooper to try to scrape off the sides. When it self cleans it rotates and drops poop into a bucket on the bottom. To me that makes it smell worse because you’ve now taken it out of the litter that was enclosed and drop it into a bag. I tried adding baking soda and more litter to the storage area but the smell remained. They say to take it apart and wash it weekly and that’s just ridiculous. I spent about 30 minutes outside cleaning this. I spend at least twice the amount of time cleaning this than I did with the other litter boxes. Eventually, I had enough. I junked it, and I went back to my two litter boxes and they smell better. Don’t waste your money.

We purchased this litterbox about 3 months ago for our 4 cat household. Overall, we have been very happy with our purchase. One of our cats was a small kitten of barely 2 pounds and the sensors did a great job of recognizing when she was in the box. All of our cats took to it within 3 days (We left the old litter box out during that time but didn't clean it so they quickly chose to switch to the new, cleaner litterbox). After having this litterbox for 3 months now, I can say it is very quiet. I have to physically look at it to even know it is in a cleaning cycle. We haven't had any odor, especially when compared to the traditional litterbox we had. Oh, and the fights over who has to clean the smelly litterbox are over. You simply pull out the drawstring bag, place in another one and add a few scoops of fresh litter to the drum. One minute tops and way more sanitary. That alone made this purchase worth it. The biggest selling point for us is that it has already paid for itself. In 3 months, we have only used 3 boxes of litter compared to the usual 5 boxes a month with a traditional litter box. At $20 a box, it has absolutely paid for itself already and will be saving us hundreds of dollars a year. At one point, we did have an issue but the seller was extremely responsive and helped us resolve the issue quickly. One thing I would suggest to anyone purchasing this product is to make sure that you thoroughly clean and dry the base where the sensors are located. As litter is dusty and can leave residue, once we clean it with a wet disinfectant wipe, we go back over with a dry paper towel to ensure the sensors are completely clean of dust and operate correctly. Hang onto the directions as well. When deep cleaning the globe, they helped us reassembled everything quickly. I would absolutely recommend this product to friends and family. It has made a huge difference in our home.

We followed the instructions and even read the ENTIRE manual (which was worse than an IKEA manual - in other words, useless). In addition we watched a few YouTube tutorials on how-to assemble this. It ultimately did NOT work, when the litter box would try to do its robotic cleaning cycle; the tray where you put the litter would go bonkers. We tried troubleshooting, we tried re-reading the useless instruction manual, we watched more videos. NOTHING would remedy the issue. Lastly - for the high price of this thing, the fit & finish was abysmal. It was as if we’d ordered some bootleg product directly from China on Temu, wish or Ali Baba. It seemed INCREDIBLY cheap, flimsy and questionable while assembling. My final straw was when the litter container / tray got binded up in the moving parts & it absolutely YEETED dirty cat litter everywhere.
