I’ve been using this litter box for a while now, and overall it works really well. The automatic cleaning system is efficient, it keeps odors under control, and it definitely makes daily maintenance easier. However, the bottom litter pad is a weak point. The stitching at the base can start to wear out due to friction from the litter during rotation. In my case, I reinforced the stitched areas using camping repair patches and a bit of flexible adhesive to protect the seams from sand friction. Since doing that, it has been holding up much better. It’s not perfect, but with a small preventive fix, it becomes a very solid product.

Ok so it took a couple of weeks to get my cats to use it but they finally did!! I used it for a while unplugged and just manually cleaned it out. In the beginning I put fresh litter and treat on the step of the entryway to entice them. Then when they felt comfortable with that I put each in to check it out and gave them a treat inside. I did that for a at least a week. Then I put a little of their waste into the new auto litter box so they could smell their scent. Then they started using it with no power manually cleaning. Then after they were used to going inside I plug it in and let them watch it turn while I sat there with them letting them. Then after two week I powered it on and it went well. They are skittish so I had to take these extra steps. My phone notified me when they use the littler box!! So well worth the money and time to train them!! Reduced smell immensely. Good quality. Works well. Just use YouTube if you need help putting it together.

Bought one for my two cats since I work long hours, worked great for half a year, clean out about once a week, easy to use, could have a bit better litter storage but overall pretty happy. About half a year in I came home to it stuck in it’s emptying position and the house smelling like poop… I thought this was just a glitch and after resetting it seemed to work fine but within the week it happened again and quickly begun happening every use. I contacted the seller to troubleshoot but they couldn’t figure it out and after about a month of back and forth and cleaning my couches almost everyday they sent me a new machine which once again worked great for the first few months and then begun the gradual decline once more…

I’ve had this for a week and so far it is absolutely wonderful. I was skeptical after reading some bad reviews but i’ve had no problems yet. having the app is amazing, it tells me how often it goes thru the clean cycle and how full the fresh and dirty litter bins are. It contains smells very well and was easy to assemble. I spent a lot of time looking for the right robot for my 3 cats, and i think this is the one. Ive only had to empty the bin once in the last week (Which is a MAJOR upgrade from scooping regular boxes out everyday). It stops running even if a cat only puts a paw on the side or just the weight of my hand is on it(this is what i was most worried about) but I feel safe leaving it to clean itself even if i’m gone for 10+ hours. I will update my review if i have any issues arise but as of right now, i would recommend this to everyone with cats.

Love love love!!!!! So glad I got this wish I had done it sooner. I have two cats one is a big chicken. The other is quite bold and both live the machine. With the two cats we have to replace liner 2x weekly (Sun and Wed).

This is a mixed review. The product itself did not live up to my expectations BUT the customer service was fantastic. Each time I had an inquiry or issue the team responded super quickly. They were kind and worked to sort out my problem. For that reason I highly recommend them for purchases…just not the cat box. That was a disappointment! I bought this because it was supposed to be easier, cleaner and get rid of odor. It did none of these things. I replaced two cat boxes with this. They say that they can fit like a 10 to 15 pound cat. That’s not true. When they get in there, there’s no room really for them. When they scratch to cover, they’re scratching the side walls of this contraption. The first one quit working after a couple weeks and they gave me a 50% discount and sent me another one. I tried and tried but these do not work. I used to have to take the lid off two boxes scoop out the excrement, add more litter put the lids on and sweep. There have been times when this got stuck in cleaning mode and my cats being confused peed and crapped outside of it. When it rolls to remove waist, a lot of it is stuck to the side and doesn’t come off. I find that when it cleans I need to use my poop scooper to try to scrape off the sides. When it self cleans it rotates and drops poop into a bucket on the bottom. To me that makes it smell worse because you’ve now taken it out of the litter that was enclosed and drop it into a bag. I tried adding baking soda and more litter to the storage area but the smell remained. They say to take it apart and wash it weekly and that’s just ridiculous. I spent about 30 minutes outside cleaning this. I spend at least twice the amount of time cleaning this than I did with the other litter boxes. Eventually, I had enough. I junked it, and I went back to my two litter boxes and they smell better. Don’t waste your money.

After 3 weeks of use, this is great! At only a fraction of the cost of the litter robots, this has worked flawlessly and does a great job of reducing odors. It is a little too small for larger cats, my 18 lb cat is too big for it.
