It works great, connected to wifi with ease. Problem I'm having is the strainer is sifting some if the cat waste in the litter. The strainer holes are too big. The magnets aren't strong and ans falling.

So far, very happy. I purchased this litter box a month ago for my 4 cat household. In one month, I have used only 1 box of clumping litter compared with my usual 5-6 boxed per month for my old traditional litter box. In less than 3 months, this litter box will have paid for itself just by reducing the amount of litter I normally had to buy. It is quiet, no litter box smells. It is very quick and easy to dispose of the used litter. My cats adjusted to it quickly and with my 4th cat being a tiny rescue kitten just over 2lbs., the sensor did a great job of recognizing her when she entered. So far, we have been very happy. The media could not be loaded. Good the first week and easy to set up! But I'm already having major issues after only a few weeks. As seen on the video it went a bit haywire during a cleaning cycle which definitely made me uneasy. Also I've been having issues with the waste saying its full when its nearly empty and so the machine won't complete its cleaning cycle and just keeps beeping at me to empty it. Overall I'm quite disappointed at how quickly it started having issues especially since this isn't something I can return seeing as its used. ... show more
