I ran across this weight bench and from the product description, I was impressed with all that it would offer. It looked more sturdy than the one we had. Now that we've got this home and assembled, which by the way is super simple to operate and get set up in a flash. I really like this bench for 3 main reasons: 1) Assembly/Transport - Out of the box this thing took 5 minutes to assemble and have ready to go. The bench is designed to fold up very flat which is a need for most people since this is more for a home gym than commercial gym. Just pull 2 pins and fold it up next to the wall. 2) Stability - I used to powerlift, and the typical benches for that sport are wider for the purpose of having your lats hug the surface and allow more stable pressing. This bench is closer to that feel than most commercial gyms, and the pad is also thicker than them as well. 3) Price/Value - This bench is perfect for those who are trying to build a gym without breaking the budget. It isn't going to out perform a Rogue bench, but it's pretty close and has the ability to hit multiple angles as well as double for a crunch assist machine.

This is an ok basic workbench for a beginner home gym setup. I can't imagine it working well for anyone over 200 pounds or taller 5'8". The foot bars are comically small. I'm 5'6" and they're pretty much useless for me. Assembly is easy but directions are not clear. It would be nice if an exercise guide showing basic exercises the bench can be used for were included (especially showing exercises that use the resistance bands).

I got my weight bench put together and the first thing I noticed was the craftsmanship. This bench is very sturdy, and the pad is very well stitched together. The material feels like it can take a beating, which is something you want when weightlifting. I’ve had others in the past with thinner material that started splitting after about a year. I have no expectations of that sort with this one. I also like the adjustability of the back, making it perfect for all sorts of exercises such as inclined bench presses (with dumbbells) and shoulder presses. It’s a nice addition to my home gym.

This bench was very easy to assemble and took my husband like 10 min and I was actually surprised how lightweight this bench was, very easy to move around & fold up to get more room and honestly it didn't even take up much room anyway. It is quite sturdy and holds a lot of weight and I like how the bench can move up and down very easily. My one complaint would be that the resistance bands seem to mainly be there for show since unless you're weak as kitten they aren't going to offer much of a workout for you which is disappointing considering the price of this which doesn't come with any weights or barbells. So the price to me is too much for just the bench basically but overall if you have your own weight sets (as I do) then this might be worth it for you.

because, yes... $80 is the correct price range for THIS suitable yet basic bench... do not forget to use the 50% Off promo code... THIS bench is not meant for spending hours on a workout, although you could manage that... THIS bench is really for a small area in your home or garage or outside... no gym membership fee or gas costs to get there and back... if you give up on your weight lifting dreams... then, you are not out much and someday your great great grand kids will use it when they get here...

This is a nice workout bench that is light and easy to move around. The back moves up and down easily and you can adjust the seat up or down. It’s a solid bench for home workouts.
