That was tough to watch my husband & his friend do it but they made it look effortless. Lol! I suggest a shoulder dolly. It works perfectly, it’s not super noisy & the price was perfect too! This thing is awesome! 👏🏼 I have always wanted one and I had to go to the gym for years to use it. Now I have one at home. It’s great quality! It works just like the heavy duty ones in the gym. I contacted Customer service and they were so helpful and quick. Their customer service is top tier. So glad I made this purchase. It got here so quick and they backed it up and put it as close to my garage as they could and I have a driveway that goes up a hill.

Got this machine and so far, I love it! Basic stair climber, no real complaints! It's very quiet, which is great. The only thing I can say (and this is minimal) is it's SLIGHTLY shakey .. It's not a problem as of right now, but I'm hoping it's not one of those things that turns into one over time! We'll see. If you're on the fence about buying this, I say go for it! OH, shipping was FAST!!! Tracking, non existent. You willl get one shipping notification .. and that's about it. Next thing ya know, they're on your door step. Luckily I was home! Pleasantly surprised though because I was told it would take a couple of WEEKS to arrive! More like 3-4 days :)

This is my second stepper. This one is much higher quality than the other and a fraction of the price. If you are looking for a stepper you can’t be this quality or price.

I only had this machine for 3 months before it started making a clinking noise. It got worse and worse until I finally had to stop using it. When I asked for a replacement because it is supposed to have a 2 year warranty to the customer service told me sure just send it back!! The machine weighs over 600 pounds, shipping back would cost half the cost of the machine! So I ended up fixing it myself (bad bearing). I think the machine is ok but dont by it from Spreetail thier customer service it terrible. They told me they woudl cover $350 for the repair only to tell me 2 days later that it was passed the 30 day return policy. If you still want to buy one of these buy it from Walmart! Spreetail is terrible!

The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome!! I don’t know where the bad reviews are coming from but it’s great. Worth every penny. Calorie counter isn’t accurate but I use my Apple Watch for workouts anyway.

Not very thrilled. It is heavy so I had to hire people to move to my basement (which I knew before buying). My biggest issue is that it makes a very loud clunky sound when running that make me feel it’s is going to break. I wish I would have spent the extra 1k on the echelon on that was smaller and better quality.
