Great quality and the fabric is so soft. The cushions are firm and solid. The pull out section on the bottom slides out of the peg holders but when placed correctly it is a very nice single bed for company. We love the adjustable backrest and it makes for a comfortable spot to watch movies or phone videos, with the Phone holder that comes attached. Easy construction l, my 13 year old daughter and I set it up quickly and had no issues with instructions. All in all I would purchase again.

Easy to assemble and comfortable to sit on but lots of undesirable elements. The cushions are wayyy flatter than in the product images and overall make it not a very attractive couch. Additionally, when you lay the couch in sleeper position, there is a sizable gap between the head cushion and mid cushion that leads to the metal skeleton - not very enjoyable so I have to stuff a blanket there for support. Lastly, the roll out bottom of the couch is finicky - if you aren't really careful with it, the roll stoppers will pop out and there will be nothing holding that section to the rest of the sleeper unless you collapse the bottom and carefully reattach it - very annoying to have to do many times. In my opinion that is just a design flaw - all it needs is a sturdier hold/cap to keep it from coming away from the couch but alas. The bottom also just doesnt feel secure or placed well with the design. Overall, item would be great if it cost closer to $100 than $300 like... be for real. I'm keeping it because it works great as a loveseat but I'm wary for when my first guest uses it... Update after a few months: the pullout bottom is USELESS it is IMPOSSIBLE to get it to stay connected to the rest of the couch and it just rolls away like a ottoman. I have reread the instructions and been super careful with it but it stills rolls away. Even if I get it exactly right at first, in the next hour..ROLLS AWAY.

I got this because I have a small bedroom and needed to have something I could sleep on and sleep on. Sitting on it during the day is comfortable; however the ottoman part often comes unattached from the rest of the chair and is frustrating me. When sleeping on it, the cushions could use some more cushion in them, but that part is ok. The part between the back of the chair and the bottom of the chair when in the sleeping position has a large gap. I am looking for a pool noodle or something to fill in that gap as it is extremely uncomfortable thus I tend to lay with my legs hanging off the ottoman part to insure I am not in that most uncomfortable “gap” part. It is nice looking and works well as a chiar. UPDATE: I would not give this 1 star. I’ve been struggling daily and nightly to keep the “ottoman” part together with the rest of the chair. I just give up in the daytime but at night I need it to be an attached bed and tonight after fighting with it every night having a not so good back and bruises on my shins from trying to get this thing to stay while putting it back together more than 5 times each night, I give up. The struggle is too much
