I ordered the gray and I'm pleased with it, looks like the one in the picture and the material feels great. I also love that I have more levels to the back of the chair as it gives me more options to how high or low I want to relax or sleep in. I give this three stars due to a couple of issues that can easily be fixed, then I would happily change this to four or even five stars. I purchased this chair due to having to move into a project camper, our landlord said we had 30 days to vacate because he was selling the property, we were looking to buy it but what he wanted for a 95 manufactured home and less than an acre of land was outlandish (which is still sitting there, nothing done by the way). I'm disabled and had no choice but to get a floor put in the camper and move in it like it is. I tried GoFundMe, NOTHING, PEOPLE DON'T CARE BUT WILL SEND CONTINUOUS MONEY TO PEOPLE THAT HAVE ALREADY REACHED THEIR GOAL. Anyway, I'm still blessed and needed something to sleep and sit on that would take up as little room as possible as I needed to make room for a utility sink, counter and so on. I took a chance with this futon and with the price I really couldn't afford thought it was a very good quality despite some of the reviews. I've never really had any problems regardless of some reviews on here. BUT, I do have an issue with this one, the ottoman is a pain, literally, every time I pull it out it doesn't want to catch, the ottoman either wants to go in crooked or jump out completely. I'm really not able to keep fighting with this problem due to my back. I would love it if the company would fix this problem, the "screws" "NOT ROLLERS" do not catch, they keep wanting to go one side in and one side out, they look like they want to fall out, I DO pull this out straight, I have enough sense to know this but no matter what I do it just doesn't work. I've noticed that the "screws" do not look long enough to catch on both sides, this would be better if "rollers" were used and the bottom of the two arms came in closer. Another issue I have is the phone holder...it just falls straight down, no hold what so ever, I have tried tightening it up a couple of times but it is of no avail and of no use for me, so there goes that feature for me. I honestly am not able to keep fighting with this ottoman and it's going to be hard for me to return this item. I'm hoping that the company will help me resolve this issue, if not then I have no choice but to return it, able or not. I would hope for the price that I paid for this chair that I wouldn't have any issues with it. Hopefully it's just a defect and easily resolved. I will give an update when I get something, either- or -done. UPDATE: I KNOW THIS IS A LITTLE LATE BUT So the pull out was such a hassle for me yet the return was going to be also. If I had sent this sleeper sofa back I would have been sleeping on the floor. With my back being in such bad shape we knew that wasn't going to happen. My son decided to take the screws off of the pull out and went to the hardware store. He went through scew after screw and bolt after bolt until we finally found a couple of things put together would hopefully fix the problem. This cost me somewhere between $25-$30 bucks. At this point I didn't care, I just needed a place to lay my back. My son did a wonderful job at the guess work. He put the bolts and screws together and this did the job, it works wonderfully. I have not to this day had a problem with it coming out, not once, just keep in mind that you do have to pull in a straight line or it will still come out sideways because it's not on a track. This would still be beneficial if the company would use a track mechanism but it'll do. I'm posting a picture to get an idea of what my son did, sorry, I don't remember the size but I do know he fit a bolt extension and bolt that was the same size that originally fit. NOW for the comfort, if you like to sleep on semi hard surfaces then this is for you. I myself could not do it so I ordered a very good mattress topper so that it wouldn't be so difficult (for me) to sleep. I would suggest that in a size twin for this, it does help very much, especially with the gap in the middle. You could use a this rolled up blanket or a pool noodle if that would work for you. All in all, it took a little time to get it right for me and I'm sleeping very well now. I hope this gives you some ideas of what you may need should you want to order one of these. That being said, I'm changing my stars from three to four. The only reason for not giving a five star is because of the trouble with the ottoman and gap in the middle. It would be very helpful if they designed a pillow especially for the gap in the middle. ... show more

This was easy to assemble by myself. Back of the couch is adjustable. It’s easy to turn it from a couch to bed. Small enough for the corner of the living room. Super light for moving to clean under. Great for guest to sleep on when visiting. Our guest say it a comfortable piece to sleep on

Very bad choice. Shipping was fast but the product is damaged. It's missing 1 wheel and the side fabric is damaged. I tried to get a replacement or at list the missing wheel but I didn't get any response. I'm also trying to upload the pictures but I am not able to.     • Perfect for what I needed
I looked a while for a small couch that I can relax on in my office. What I was looking for needed to fit in a fairly small space, and I wasn't looking to pay too much for it. I also wanted some ability to recline. This couch fits the bill perfectly. It's not the most luxurious couch ever, but I think it's quite comfortable, I like the multiple options for reclining, and the phone holder and side pockets are nice extra touches.     • Decent concept. Foot pull out needs more guides.
All in all a decent product for the area we wanted to place it. The pull out does not stay intact with the main couch when it is in the raised position allowing them to separate while someone is laying on it and possibly fall through. The hard stop bolts are too short and should have been rollers.

I have a very tiny room/house so it took some time to investigate something that fits the room. I found this and it was a reasonable price. It took me about 45min to build solo. I will say prepare to need a lot of space to properly assembly. Also, it's heavy so you'll need to be able body or how someone help up. The instructions were not too bad, some things were lost in translation. Overall, it does fit my tiny spare room. I just really wanted something that family can sleep on, the 1 or 2 times a year. Or just small pets to sleep on in the room. Laid out, it's just smaller than a twin. Do I think it's SUPER comfy, probably not but I'd you have someone sleeping on it for longer periods, get a mattress topper. Pleased with the little loveseat.
