If you are looking for great treats for training, these are perfect. I go through a lot of treats keeping up my service dog’s training. These are strong smelling, which my dog loves. They ar dry and crispy, so they don’t get all over, and no greasy leftovers in the treat bag. The cats love them also! We have used about 5 bags of the salmon flavor so far, and my dogs have not lost interest. It’s very difficult to find small enough treats that have enough flavor to be high value rewards, and these are the winner! I also think the price isn’t bad. I thought they were spendy, but it’s a large bag that lasts! Also, if you use treat balls with tiny holes-these will work! ... show more

Have a new spicy puppy who I love but forgot how much training they need & these treats have been a lifesaver! They’re healthy, good for his fur and low calorie so I don’t worry about how many I give him while training. He loves the flavor and is pretty obsessed with these as am I. Price might seem pricey compared to other brands but these are healthier and the bag is stuffed to the top. Note: I have a small breed dog and as a puppy, he’s only 7lbs. I don’t think these would be good for a large breed dog/puppy because they’re so small. ... show more

My puppy liked these freeze dried treat, but I didn't. They aren't bad, and the siz is great. They don't seem to last long and they smelled like fish. They seem to not last long in terms of freshness or it seemed that way. They get hard very quickly and they smell very strongly over time and not an abnormal amount of time. we stored them in a tupperware for freshness and they smelled so bad I didn't bother giving them to our pup because I was unsure. I guess if they are being used daily and very often they will go fast, but with us being a puppy I can't give treats like that, so we didn't use them too often or fast enough. Update I bought them again at a different flavor , and purchased the beef flavor which seemed a bit better. They were eaten and loved by my puppy which I appreciate. Good size for him to eat safely and easily. For the Value or $12 or $16 it is not a great one. Similar to another reviewer, I literally got half a bag for both 4oz bags. So expensive for two bags $25 with all included, and only got literally a full 1, 4oz bag btwn the two purchased. They go super fast if actively training, or go bad quickly if not. I may purchase the larger sized bag to see if this makes a difference but because it is freeze dried the price is crazy. ... show more

These are the best! I love that they have so few calories, are freeze dried, and small. They are healthier than what you find in stores. You can give them two or three without any guilt.
