Instructions were clear except the part about the washers. The description said one washer but the picture shows two, so I wast sure how many to use. The pictures could have also been more detailed since there are seals in it already, but I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to put washers on top or not. I figured out I did need to put extra washers in, since it did start leaking. otherwise, i love it! its very nice that I can move around the head as needed. The water pressure was perfect, not too much or too little. Worth the money, 8 inch was the perfect size! Works very well and seems sturdy so far!

Some of the reviews on this left me afraid that I'd made a mistake until it got here. Everything was fine with the shower head and I bought a second one after installing the first because it's so awesome. I purchased the 12 inch size in November of 2023. There are several pieces to put together, but taking the time to read the instructions makes this pretty easy. I bought a tape for the male connectors that was labeled "water and gas." It was more expensive at the hardware store, but it is a much thicker tape. There was some leaking after the first attempt, so I took it apart in the places where there were leaks and put more tape on and tightened it. You must put tape on EVERY male connector, not just the one coming out of the wall. It wasn't a big deal at all to put more tape on and tighten until it was right because I had already figured out how to put it together. I also used a step stool to get up high enough to see what was going on and ensure that things were tightened. You just need a bit of patience to get it right, but the payoff is HUGE. When this thing is installed properly, you feel completely enveloped in warm water. It's as if you are standing under a waterfall - really! As some reviewers mentioned, the hose to the handheld is a little shorter than the one that I took off. That's not a big deal to me, but if it is a problem then you can buy hoses that are longer. There is no concern for tall people if your current shower is not a problem. I also included a side view to give you an idea of what the height might be once it is installed. It's even with the spout, so if anything this is several inches higher than the old one that I took off. That arm is adjustable, so if you want it to be lower, then it can be with no problems. The waterfall head does not have a ton of water pressure. It would be uncomfortable if it did and isn't meant to have loads of pressure. The waterfall is the most pleasant shower experience ever. I use the handheld with pressure to rinse my hair. It is included for shower tasks that need a bit more pressure. The highest pressure setting is VERY strong. I switch back and forth as needed. The handheld attachment holder goes onto the wall with an adhesive. It can be placed anywhere you want it to be, which is awesome. You want to clean the wall very, very well first, then feel the wall to make sure that there isn't any soap scum in that area. If there is, then clean it again. Once it is clean, then rub alcohol onto the spot where you want to place it and adhere it onto the wall. The bottom line is that you do need a bit of patience because there are several male connectors that need taped up very well and tightened with a wrench. You may need to do this more than once to eliminate leaks. It's not the end of the world. It's a twenty minute temporary inconvenience to get it right and when it is finished, I can enthusiastically tell you that you'll have the best shower of your life every single day.

We're enjoying the feeling of rainfall in our shower, it's much nicer than a standard shower head, and we like the flexibility of switching between the rainfall and handheld shower head. I'd give it 5 stars but the mount for the handheld shower head comes apart too easily when taking it off the wall. It goes back on easily, but it doesn't feel as solid as I think it should. Otherwise each component is well-made and the switches between modes are smooth and solid. A little advice, as the installation manual is extremely minimal: use the nylon tape provided for every connection-the manual only suggests using it for the first pipe, but without it on all connections it will definitely leak - I had to take it apart and reinstall with the tape after the first attempt. Overall installation was pretty easy once I interpreted the orientation of the pictures on the manual to the pieces I had to install.

Wonderful purchase and for the price it can't be beat. The streams off the rain head are extremely relaxing and surprisingly seem to be water efficient. At least I stayed in the shower longer than normal and the water temp never changed. Aside from the handle shower nozzle everything else was metal which I was both glad for and impressed to see considering the price. Only issue I had was the flow adjuster that goes on the handle had a defect where the holes hadn't been punched out completely so I didn't get any flow at first. I had to remove the pre-installed washer/mesh filter and then I used a small screw driver to pop them out and it fixed it immediately. I attached photos showing what I'm referencing and if you have to do this just make sure you have it turned to Max flow so the tabs fall out of the bottom and don't damage the adjuster. Read some reviews about the handle holder being flimsy, seems like it might be but for me the rain head was my primary reason for buying so I'm calling this one a win!

This is an amazing product. Works great the water pressure isn't as good on the shower since I moved out of the city and I have well water. But that's probably a personal thing but when I lived in the city it worked fantastic. I love the fact that I can lift it up higher because I'm tall and the extensions and everything worked great as well

I purchased this item on July 28, 2022. Not even 3 months later and I'm having to replace the shower head, which is honestly very disappointing considering I paid much more than what it is currently selling for at the moment. This shower head was great when I first installed it, which may be where the good reviews come from as this didn't last very long. Throughout the 2.5 months I've had this product, I've had issues with the shower head being too heavy for the extension arm and have it falling down every so often. The 'free-spinning' locking collar is so loose that it also causes the shower head to fall over. This was fine since it would be a quick fix to re-tighten the knob but just this week, the shower head no longer stays up. Multiple parts of the joints on the extension arm are now spraying water, despite me using all of the teflon tape to seal any gaps. This causes more pressure on the already extremely weak extension arm and the shower head just falls down every time I turn the water on. The knobs to tighten the shower head no longer stay tight, causing it to fall over when the water pressure becomes too much. I've had to resort to only using the handheld spray but since water sprays out of the joints, it shoots out of my shower onto the bathroom floor. I'm very disappointed in this product because it was actually a great shower head in the beginning. The water pressure was great and I love the overall look of it in my shower. It definitely gives your shower an elevated look. But the product seems to only be good in theory, as the provided extension arm does not properly support the weight of the shower head. I'm now having to purchase another shower head to replace this one after only 2.5 months of owning this product. Had I known, I would have just purchased a different shower head from the start.

The product arrived today and I set it up right away. The materials feel heavy like stainless steel except for the handle is plastic but that’s a good thing because it will hook on a holder that’s taped onto the wall. The set up was perfect with no leaks. The extension arm is solid and chrome finish is perfect. I love that. The handle has a water regulator that I can turn on or off instead of using the main switch on the top this way my kids can water how they like by the handle. I saw a review that mentioned the handle would not go on the holder, but I believe the person had upside down so careful with that set up. One thing that wasn’t mentioned in the Instructions nor the video were the two mesh washers. Couldn’t really tell where and which washers go first so I decided to put one in the main regulator and another to the handle. I was able to hand tighten everything but would recommend using a small rag if using a wrench. YES, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS ONE.
