Excellent quality and beautiful design! The shower system looks amazing and feels very sturdy. It was well packaged, easy to install, and all the parts were included. The water pressure is excellent, and both the rainfall shower head and handheld sprayer work perfectly. It gives my bathroom a modern look and great value for the price. I highly recommend this product!

Exactly what we were looking for. Easy to install. The extended hose for detachable piece is long enough to help bathe my dogs and the knob to switch between water sources is easy to use. Highly recommend!

There isn't anything wrong with the product but there are a few things to consider. I bought the 10" shower head after reading a review that an 8" was too small. I have a regular sized bathtub with a shower curtain. The 10" was too big for the space. Makes it feel claustrophobic. That was not the deal breaker but after putting it up I realized it was just too big. The product feels and looks sturdy and I bought this because it was all metal. But that can be a problem. I have since removed the extension arm and the shower head and replaced with a regular shower head. The biggest reason I changed it out was because it is VERY heavy ( imagine that, metal is heavy ). I think it puts too much weight on the flange arm coming out of the wall. And with the extension arm and the weight of the shower head I'm concerned about the plumbing behind the wall. If your plumbing does not move at all this may not be a problem but I have an older house and it's of concern. I'm not returning it because I don't want to go thru the hassle and because I really like the spray arm. So I just attached the new shower head to the coupling of the spray arm. Easy. ..When I had the rain shower head on important to know it blocks the spray of the hand held sprayer while it is seated in its holder. Again not a deal breaker but something to be aware of. As far as installing the whole thing, it is very easy. The instructions are clear and you are provided with everything you need the install it. I'm 65 and it took me all of 10 minutes to do. Just a couple other things 1) the hand sprayer is either on or off - there is no way to adjust the flow with the handle, 2) the 10" chrome shower head is like a slightly distorted mirror and you see your body reflection as you shower - again not a deal breaker but it is unsettling, at least at first.

I don't normally do reviews, but this showerhead far exceeds other manufacturers that are well known and have been around for many years. Quality parts, easy to assemble, works as advertised. I doubt I will ever need to buy another replacement. If I do, I will be one from this company. I highly recommend it.

This shower head/sprayer is the find of the year! Anyone looking to enjoy a rain shower head along with a robust spray wand should jump on this item. We searched all over for a shower feature that would provide this functionality without having to reconfigure the plumbing in our shower. This one is designed to screw right into the standard size water pipe and works with the existing shower handle. Insulation took all of 10 minutes. The shower head height and angle is adjustable with the turn of a locking nut. We are loving this shower head with spray wand. Feels like we're on vacation at a luxurious spa. And the price is unbelievable. Easily deserves 5 stars.

This shower head isn’t bad. I’m a tall guy, 6’5, so I need a rain style shower head and one that sits high enough for me to stand tall and take a normal shower. Now, the pressure is good. It’s not amazing, but not horrible. Definitely comfortable enough to shower under. I wish the extension was longer or the head had more adjustability for angles since it’s pretty much maxed out and angled a bit instead of sitting straight down. The shower head can work with the rain head but you have to move the rain head a bit to the size for both of them to hit you. Otherwise shower head hits the top of rain head. Pressure is good in shower head but not phenomenal. It works. With everything super tight, shower head still moves if you try to move it. When it’s hanging there and working, no issue. If you hit it with your hand it may bump out of place easily, even when fully tightened. Shower head sits loosely on its bracket. Wish it was sturdier. Like means the bottom part of the shower handle jagged or something so it can sit solid in the mount instead of wiggling loosely. About 3 pieces (idk what they are called) where water comes out of the rain head (3 corners) just drop when it runs. Doesn’t have a full stream of water coming out. Solid install. No leaks from me. First time doing a shower head on my own. Use enough tape and you’ll be fine. Working fine but these minor inconveniences really downgrade the score for me unfortunately. Solid for the price, but there may be a better dual system. I just won’t bother to look cause I’m content with this one for the time being! EDIT: 9/7/23 The company reached out to me to help with anything I had going on. They sent a new extension out free of charge to see if the shower head can sit higher than the removable shower wand and it did! The two piece extension works WONDERS to give it that rain style of shower! I also was told I installed the shower wand wrong because the screw point was reversed. Once I changed the wand around it sits flush and perfectly still when on the mount! I have had this shower head for a while now and I absolutely love it! Wish I could fit a much bigger one but this one is great for my small style bathroom! Thank you to the company for reaching out, as they were trying to contact me for months until I realized this! Thanks to Jennifer for contacting me and being very helpful with the process and helpful with the instructions! Everything about this shower head kit WITH the extension they replaced for me, the customer service etc… have to bump my review up to 5 stars. For them to take into account my issues and attempt their best to get it resolved says a lot about the products you buy from the companies who care! Thanks Again!
