This showerhead is made of all heavy metal and is very sturdy. I came packaged in a box with foam cutouts for the parts. The showerhead was easy to install b ut did require a fair amount of tightening to eliminate leaks. I have the 8 inch head which works perfectly for our shower. It is easily adjustable and I think it is a very good product that is well built and well thought out

Easy to install, no leaks or struggles. Water flow is good. The only issue I came cross is the switch to change to shower hose is very high for me as the shower spigot was installed very high and I’m a short! If I need to switch, I would need a stepper. So I will have it set for rain shower and only use the shower hose to clean! It has strong flow too!
