The charger seems to do the job as far as charging the car goes but the companion APP is a joke and completely useless. Aside from features that don't work there are misspellings as well as words incorrectly used. The APP's interface (GUI for you tech nerds) was obviously designed and programmed by a developer whose English skills were rudimentary at best. Additionally, it would be nice if the device had an ON/OFF switch. There is really no reason for the unit to be "LIT UP" when it is not in use and even though this thing lives in my garage I find the fact I can't turn the big indicator light off truly annoying. I would give the product 1 Star but it did charge our car to full capacity in about 6 hours...so that is a good thing. One last thing, the mounting hardware supplied is only good for a block or concrete wall. If you are going to mount to drywall you are going to have to improvise. If you are not, "handy" with tools and familiar with hanging heavy things on drywall you are going to have to hire someone to mount this for you. ... show more

And in the process, given both me and my EV SUV our very first taste of independence… and boy does it taste delicious! It is a state-of-the-art charging system, and a powerhouse of pure voltage wonder. Plus, it has charming appeal and a simplistic functionality that I absolutely adore, as well. The fact that it’s a Level 2 electric system, using an ordinary wall outlet, in and of itself, makes it a fantastic convenience of epic proportion. Right out of the box, it’s an ingenious creation, designed for impressive durability along with giving us peak performance at the drop of a hat, while gifting my family superb safety. The system itself is crafted with premium parts for longevity; down to the every padded 17 ft cable and stable connector. It’s waterproof and dependable in just about every increment of weather we experience year-around. So, no matter the elements, our EV is ready and waiting to enjoy the freedom of the road. Not only does it charge ultra fast, but it gifts my EV SUV 36 miles of range from its electrical kiss of energy. I sometimes use mine in the garage, but often I charge it out in the driveway too. So hands down, this is one of the fastest charging stations that I've had the pleasure of trying! Everyone (except me🫣) in my immediate family has already hopped on the EV wagon and though I was on the fence, having this charger is making me a little more comfortable with the whole idea! The biggest feature for me is that it doesn't need to be hardwired and so, with the plug, I cab actually use my solar generator to charge and that's just too good to be true fir me! My brother used it for his Audi and the 1st thing he said was "Let's trade☹️". 😂 He already has an excellent charger but this one does take up a bit less space and again, it's not hardwired which pushes it to the top of its class! Overall, I put this definitely in my top 3 wall chargers! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS product🤩👍🏾 ... show more
