I love this product...great for pain. But now I need to order a 3rd one. My last one only lasted 6 months before it stopped heating. Very disapointing for the cost.

Very easy to use. However, this is my second one the first one only lasted two seasons, and this one is through the first so I hope it will continue to work. I was going to send it back, but it was too bulky, but if the second one stops working, I will consider asking for a replacement because it's not cheap.

I love this product! It heats up very quickly and make getting into bed cozy and soothing. I can feel the stress anf tightness leaving my body and the heat feels so good! I turn it on for about 30 minutes before I get into bed and turn it off when I'm falling asleep. If I wake up and feel cold at all, I just turn it back on for few minutes and I'm all cozy again. This has been great for my arthritis and overall, I'm sleeping better!

My friend told me about this heated mattress pad. Oh my..this gentle warm heating mat helped me with my sore muscles and help me sleep better. I can also control temperature of my mat which is plus for me. I willl strongly recommend this pad.

This pad needs two improvements. One is a longer cord from the controller to the pad (it is only 2' long); two, a timer that allows the heating pad to cool down between treatments or when sleeping. According to what I read, heating pads should only be used between 20-30 minutes at a time to provide muscle relaxant for those with arthritis throughout their body, as I do.
