I love this vacuum! It picks up everything but it’s so smooth! I previously had a Dyson and it lost suction after 3 years, it also didn’t pick up every ounce of dirt and debris in one pass. This vacuum is strong, picks up all my pet’s messes, amazing in corners and tight spaces, and is a fraction of the price for a better quality product in my opinion! The vacuum does not work properly as far as self-cleaning and the return requirements and process are cumbersome. The seller attempted to refund some of the cost if I kept the vacuum, but ultimately I would still be left with an expensive vacuum that does not work correctly. After tons of back and forth, now I am traveling and unable to ship it for some time, but I have a deadline to return the item in order to get a full refund. The self cleaning part is nice, but the battery life and suctioning power is not so great. Picking up pet hair is fine, anything more than that, not the best. If there was an option for a power cord to do longer vacuum session, that would be nice. Battery only lasts maybe 10-15 minutes.
