- Lightweight and Invisible Design: This back brace for lower back is made from ultra-thin, seamless yoga fabric with a thickness of approximately 1mm and weighs only 150g, perfectly contouring to your body shape. It remains invisible under clothing while providing exceptional comfort during wear.
- All-Around Support and Comfort: This ultra thin back brace for lower back pain women features two POM support plates that help reduce spinal pressure, relieve lower back pain, and enhance lumbar stability. The memory cartilage support strips on both sides prevent the brace from rolling up. The design ensures comfort without restricting movement, allowing natural mobility and flexibility.
- High-Density Breathable Material: Made from soft, high-elastic fabric with excellent breathability and heat dissipation, ensuring long-lasting comfort even during extended wear. The material retains its shape even after repeated use.
- Dual Compression Straps for Enhanced Support: The dual elastic strap design provides balanced pressure, closely wrapping the waist to stabilize the lumbar spine and enhance overall support.
- Versatile Use and Freedom of Movement: Whether for daily life, home, work, or travel, this breathable and lightweight back brace for women provides stable support without compromising freedom of movement, making it suitable for a wide range of scenarios.

Bad Choice
Size: X-Large
Color: Beige
Velcro contact area is very small. Main Velcro not holding under pressure. Velcro for both secondary strap not sticking at all! Looks like no quality control performed!

Needs instructions
Size: Small
Color: Beige
Definitely needs to come with instructions. There are three tabs that need to be removed in order for the velcro to stick but nothing indicates that. I saw a review that pointed that out; however, not the number of tabs. I kept trying to get it to work and it kept falling off until I finally found the third tab. Buyers also need to know that this product is not designed for short waisted women. I ordered the size small because I'm very petite but the width makes it uncomfortable.

Not bad
Size: Medium
Color: Black
Super comfortable. Perfect for me but I'm 5'8" and 138 pounds. Took everyone's advice and sized up, ordered a medium. Also be sure to watch the instructional video.

Lightweight and effective
Size: Large
Color: Beige
How can such a lightweight, thin product provide such great comfort and support?! Functional, easily adjustable, provides great back support while standing for extended periods, or washing dishes, vacuuming, washing the car or lifting/moving items. Can easily fit in a purse or backpack. Just the right amount of support as we start to get older and it fits great under any clothes. Highly recommend.
