So far, I'm pretty happy with this unit. Was skeptical of it being refurbished, and it definitely didn't come in a retail box. The older model I had originally wasn't doing so well, so I thought I'd try this one which was cheaper and had more features. I like how this one will show you where it's at on the map while it's cleaning. Cleans quite well and has only gotten stuck once, where the spinning edge bristles got caught up in some blanket ends. Love how it detects the carpet vs. hard floors and it's very cautious about mopping. Haven't had any wireless issues. Very easy to set up and get it going. Time will tell if I encounter any of the issues that others described, but so far so good. I've run multiple Mop, Vac, and Vac+Mop cycles and haven't had any problems. The base seems to be relatively well built but I can totally see parts being broken off if mishandled. I'll be sure and update this if anything changes!

Hello I bought this shark Robot vacuum and mop combo with very low expectations. When I set up my Robot vacuum the robot itself was broken I did get the warranty and I ended up talking to shark customer service they sent me a new robot and I kept the same docking station and it's been amazing ever since. The shark company was amazing they tried doing at home troubleshooting with me realize it did not work and we're happy to send me a new robot I was very appreciative. I have a husband, toddler, a one-year-old and two cats and this robot vacuum is a lifesaver! It holds up to the everyday mess and chaos on our tile! I Will Always have a Shark mop and vac robot from here on out it not having one sooner. It makes my live so much easier and stress free! 🙏😭 I really do see this robot as a part of our family LOL I think it's important just to keep up with the maintenance and replacing Parts regularly on the robot. The more you care for it I think the longer it'll last and the better job it will do cleaning.

Didn’t work out of the box NO WIFI Connection COMMON PROBLEM! - trouble shooted for nearly an hour! Turns out this happens a lot! Last time I purchase a Renewed item and hope it works out of the box. Very disappointing and sad since I was really hoping the unit would work for me, bought a new unit from roborock hoping the software is better than sharks.

The robot is heavy plastic constructed, classy and looks high end. Very nice and sharp looking robot! For the $199 refurbished price tag it works like it’s a brand new unit. It was far from what I expected, the robot looks brand new! Once charged and the app uploaded it went to work immediately mapping my home and setting its boundaries for where it can vac and mop. When that was done it went to work vacuuming my floors and sucked up all the dog hair and debris. I have 3 furry dogs and 2 kids so help like this is welcomed to make my life a little easier. It didn’t just push the debris around, but actually sucked it all up and dumped it in the self empty bin that it dumps in to. I also have used the mop function and it did an amazing job on my floors. They look clean and the mop actually took its time and cleaned up the floors. It takes about 1.5hrs to vacuum or mop when it’s doing our home. It runs longer than that with the battery life, but takes that long to do our home. I have my schedule set up for 3 days vacuum and 3 days mopping. Scheduling capability is easy in the app and it gives you times to work on your schedule day or night. So far so good with this robot. I am very impressed. It does exactly as it says it does. Very happy with this purchase.

I have only used it for about two weeks although I have used it every day. Everything works fine. I did have a little problem with the app in that I did not understand how to set it up but I did figure it out. I am really impressed with the mopping. I would have given it 5 stars but it took ten days to arrive. Well worth the refurbished price I paid. Have had it for about 2 months now and it is working fine. My wife is extremely happy with it as she does not have to clean or mop the kitchen floor.

We have been shopping for a vac/mop combo for over a year. We have not had much luck with other brands. The app would disconnect and not let us back in. The battery would stop charging. And the scheduling had a mind of its own. But with the Shark vac/mop combo there is no random cleaning. It does exactly as it should. I was skeptical with a refurb but after 2 months this lady has held up just fine with all the dog hair she has to tackle on a daily basis. She is tougher than I thought she would be. When I set her off to clean she does exactly that. She rarely gets stuck and overall is very easy to navigate and use.

I had to get used to it and its plan of attack for cleaning my small condo. I have to move chairs out of the way or up on something, and make sure nothing is lying on the floor. I alternate where I want it to vacuum by just moving the chairs out from under the table one time and the next time pushing them back under the table. This one washes my kitchen floor, then returns to its dock, empties the dirt it picked up, refills its soap/water tank, picks up the floor pad, and washes my kitchen floor again. I might add that this is a refurbished model. I am enjoying not having to vacuum and wash my kitchen floor.

I have Bought three of these. All have been defective. Do not waste your money I’ve tried to be nice and work with them to exchange or have them send replacement parts but they won’t send parts that are malfunctioning and won’t let you just buy broken parts to avoid hassle of repacking items and sending back. Last one was ran 3x and then the clean water tank started leaking, upon inspection the entire side of the tank had a crack along the two seams
