It doesn’t make sense
This is the greatest vacuum ever! Let me start by saying we’ve had an early model Dyson pet for years and years. It was doing what we thought was a great job up until a piece broke and it needed to be upgraded. So we went with shark this time. It works so much better!!! It pulls so much hair out of our carpets it’s insane. When we first got it I assumed that it was broken because the power detector feature never turned off. After pulling more hair and dust out than seems actually feasible it finally has started to say our carpets are getting clean. Seriously it pulls hair and dirt out from nowhere. It doesn’t make sense. Hands down worth every penny. We have two German shepherds and they shed a lot. This vacuum has amazing suction. And the rollers have now collected any hair. I had to cut off the hair from our Dyson nearly every few days. I cannot say enough about how great this vacuum is or how much I will recommend it to everyone!!! So thanks to shark for making us realize how dirty our carpets actually were/are.

Easy to use with powerful suction
I had a big furry dog who shed more hair a day than I have on my head. This vacuum picks up every hair on the carpet and on my wood floors. The handle is ergonomic, it’s solid, and isn’t too heavy to vacuum our stairs. Easy to use with various settings for different surfaces. Great product.

Amazing on dog hair
After using different sharks, I ordered this one as a refurbished model. I have to say that it is a beast when it comes to sucking up even hair that my old shark did not pick up - ever; fur that was deeply imbedded in the carpet. The first thing my husband said is,"Wow, look how the fibers stand up again." I literally had to get down on my knees to find dog hair. I am very happy with how easy it is to use. It is a bit on the heavy side, but the reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the hose connection to the dirt cup looks and feels tight but keeps coming loose. I could not tell and called the manufacturer (great experience) because after the first use, it would not turn on. Turns out the connection was not tight (even though I heard the click-in) sound. I hope that will not affect the durability of the product, because that model is not being made anymore.

Great suction and easy to maintain
So far so great. Have had this vacuum for several months without issue. Honestly works better than my Dyson ever did.

Awesome vacuum!!!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wanted something with a clear dust bin. I saw an infomercial on the Shark Duo clean Detect. I am shocked at the amount of dust, dirt and dog hair I have vacuumed up. I can only assume my old vacuum did not pull as much as this. It has very strong suction and I like the edge detect. It was easy to put together. The only drawback is it is quite heavy compared to my other vacuum. But it's worth the extra effort it takes me to vacuum. The results are amazing.

Shockingly impressed
I was very skeptical about buying a refurbished vacuum. Honestly, I figured I’d be boxing it back up within 24 hours. But nope... this thing SUCKS in all the right ways. Like… Olympic‑level suction. Hall‑of‑Fame suction. The kind of suction that makes you rethink every vacuum you’ve ever owned. It looks brand new, was packaged perfectly, and came with all the accessories. I basically got my dream vacuum for $300 less than retail, and I’m still feeling smug about it. I’m officially in love and will absolutely be buying from Jungle Discounts again.

This is a powerful carpet vacuum
This is truly a powerful vacuum with allot of features . It will take some time to get use to handling loose throw rugs since it will suck up and temporarily jam the power head even at lowest power setting. It is best to remove any small loose throw rugs off regular installed carpets and hardwood floors and avoid trying to use Shark AZ4000 Power Detect to vacuum those particular items until you learn how to control this Vacuum. Regular installed carpets, it will pull allot dirt out of them that the earlier vacuums have left for years.
