Excellent heater / fire bowl - puts out huge amount of heat and is very pleasant to look at. My only complaint is the large amount of styrofoam used in packing - difficult and messy to break down and dispose - could some other packing material be used that does same job without the mess?

Thanks, Ninja! Excellent, love my new Fireside360. So easy to use, I can sit on the back porch and stay warm while I have my coffee. No husband needed to start a fire. When we have a burn ban, this will be even more handy! We called support when I unboxed it because the infrared heater wouldn’t stay lit. Fantastic support! Just what we wanted. The box it was shipped in took a major hit, but somehow the unit was undamaged, thankfully. This is a great way to have a fire with heat that radiates to everyone while sitting or standing. Its nice to not have to to be chased by smoke around and around. Just know that the knob that you use to turn the igniter on and then control the intensity of the heat ring on ours (as opposed to the flame on top with the rocks) also has the issue where you have to push down harder than you'd think to keep it on once the igniter does it's thing. Just push down hard and hold it in and once the igniter lights up, push down harder and turn. The Fireside 360 produces a lot of heat, but you are able to control it, which is great. The flames on top also are controlled easily and produce a clean flame that is very pleasing to view. ... show more

This heater is amazing. I'm running on the low setting in 45°, and it's literally heating the whole porch. The only reason I knocked one star off is because it came with a big dent in the side. My husband was able to get most of it out knowing it would be too much of a pain to ship back. This heater is definitely worth the money, you won't regret it! ... show more
