Wow! This Fire pit is amazing!
Color: Stone
We have used this fire pit/heater several times in our fire pit area and also took it camping with us. It works great, provides heat, is easy to turn on, and looks great! I wouldn’t say outs portable but it got in our camper to take camping. It’s little heavy but it’s manageable. More so if it doesn’t have the propane tank in it. It’s certainly not cheap but it’s worth every penny. The heater portion could be dangerously with kids if they’re not super careful. It gets HOT!

Great addition to the deck
Color: Cyberspace
Just got here and I have used it twice, love it! Great atmosphere, tons of heat. Without the flame it gives off a lot of warmth a little light, making star gazing warm and pleasant.

So Nice
Color: Stone
I have had this for a few weeks - We live in the the High Desert so cool nights and cold winters, this is maybe the best fire pit we have ever owned. I will say it is HOT, We usually run it on low. It is light so easy to move under the roof if needed. It look great and was easy to put together. Only con I would say is it doesn't come with the metal lid but if that is the worst thing It is all good. .

LOVEEEEEE
Color: Stone
This is beyond perfect for our deck. Heats up instantly and the perfect ambiance. Great quality. I did remove the posts underneath and changed with wheels, which was a game changer. Without the wheels difficult to move around.

Works well once you know to push down hard on the knob to keep it lit.
Color: Stone
Just what we wanted. The box it was shipped in took a major hit, but somehow the unit was undamaged, thankfully. This is a great way to have a fire with heat that radiates to everyone while sitting or standing. Its nice to not have to to be chased by smoke around and around. Just know that the knob that you use to turn the igniter on and then control the intensity of the heat ring on ours (as opposed to the flame on top with the rocks) also has the issue where you have to push down harder than you'd think to keep it on once the igniter does it's thing. Just push down hard and hold it in and once the igniter lights up, push down harder and turn. The Fireside 360 produces a lot of heat, but you are able to control it, which is great. The flames on top also are controlled easily and produce a clean flame that is very pleasing to view.

This thing is HOT!
Color: Black
UPDATE: bought this heater in October and it no longer ignites. Of course my window for returning has closed. This heater is amazing. I'm running on the low setting in 45°, and it's literally heating the whole porch. The only reason I knocked one star off is because it came with a big dent in the side. My husband was able to get most of it out knowing it would be too much of a pain to ship back. This heater is definitely worth the money, you won't regret it!

Nice but expected better.
Color: Stainless Steel
Unit fired right up. Puts out lots of heat and pit flame is relaxing. However I expected more from Ninja in fit and finish. Propane access door is crooked and you can't level it with out shims. It was not level on .a flat garage floor. Expected better for the price paid.
