  • Great device!
Style: Wet&Dry Self-Empty (60 Day)(Black/Gold)
This is such a good robot vacuum, I've been using it for a couple of weeks so far and it has work really well. It does have a strong suction podwer, cleans really well and mops well enough too. Setting it up was really easy, I only needed to get all the parts out of the box and follow the instructions provided in the box( clear and concise). The only thing I'm not pleased with is the amount of noise it makes, a little too noisy for me but it doesn't bothers me as much as it would annoy others so keep that in mind if you're a noise sensitive person though you could probably set it to the lowest suction setting. Device has self empty which I absolutely love and works pretty well, easy to clean and remove debris. Initial mapping worked like described but I advise you to remove everything that could be a temporary obstacle to your device so that the mapping is completely succesful. Price is a little too high compared to other brands I've seen around so I would probably advise waiting for a good deal like Black Friday to get yours at a great price. ... show more

  • Pretty good little robot!
Style: Wet&Dry Self-Empty (60 Day)(Black/Si...
I have a small house on a little farm, so to say we track in some dirt is an understatement. Before it's first run, I swept up the dog hair and dirt because it was just a LOT - and I wanted to give Dirt Reynolds a fighting chance on his first run. I was astounded at how much additional dirt and dog hair it picked up when it ran. I was truly impressed with the suction power and its ability to get edges and corners with the air puffing thing and the swirly brush. I need to play around with the water flow for the mopping feature. I put it on regular flow for the first run because I was afraid it would run out of solution/water, but there was still 50% left for an 700-ish sq. ft. area. So I'll put it on high flow for the next run. It does not do a "pro" mop job, but if I run it a few times a week I expect that it will keep the floors cleaner than I do myself throughout the week...then if I am having company I can always run a sweeper mop myself to make it truly shine. The mapping was actually really accurate. When I saw the map, I could tell that it mapped under the furniture that it could get under, and for me that's worth it's weight in gold to get it clean under those spots on a regular basis. To not have to move some tables and credenzas...money in the bank! It's not too noisy - I keep my dogs in my home office with me while it runs around the rest of the house and it's not noisy enough to cause them alarm. It is loud enough when there is an error and it talks to you. When it's in mop mode it can't self-empty the dust bin, so it called out to me that it needed to be emptied before it could move on with the job. Overall I'm super pleased. I think it's a great investment and will save me from a lot of constant sweeping and mopping! ... show more

  • Horrible. This Modle is a POS
Style: Dry Self-Empty Only (Black)
The media could not be loaded. Update: 10/10/2023 - I called Shark customer service and explained to them the issues I have had with this model, as I'm on the third one of these. They made me go through trouble shooting which means they make you allow them to watch you clean out the entire unit by taking it all apart, put it back together, turn it on and off, have it run and have it dock. I tired to explain that I have to do this every time after it runs once around the house in order for it to run again on the schedule set time the next day other wise I get the error that my dust cap is missing when it's not. I also consistently get the error message that "it's too close to a cliff" and I live in a one story house so it has no access to my basement stairs, so there is no "cliff" it should be detecting. I also randomly will get the error message the wheel is stuck and when I find it, it is in a corner that it should be able to get out easily, could be any corner. I have 18 error messages from 9/12/23 to 10/09/23 (screen shots of my notification log on the shark app). That's 18 days it could not run out of 27 days. That's not to mention that half the time it cannot dock itself properly (video of that) and it also will give me an error when it docs and there is any sort of debris from the day befores run in the empty cannister attached to the doc, that I need to clean out my dust bin and my doc AKA empting cannister (video of that). Id also like to point out I took this video right after getting off customer service who could only offer me 30% off the exact same model because I have had it over a year and it worked while on video call with them even though they did witness that it could not doc it's self twice out of the three times we tried. Because it worked once there is nothing more they can do for me because I didn't buy the extended warranty even though I am on replacement #2 in less than two years. I will be updating this review and any other place I can put a review until Shark decides to stand by their product and give me a model that actually works. 10/09/2023 - I hate this vaccum. I have had it for two years now and am on the the 2nd replacement so I'm on my third one of these. Issues from the beginning. One, it doesn't alway self empty and I have to empty it myself mind you, I've gotten a replacement of the empty canister and it still doesn't work properly. If I wanted to empty it myself I would have bought the cheaper ones that don't self empty. I get an error message about every other day saying it can't run because it's dust cap is missing and I have to keep putting the cap on and off for it to register it's on. If there is the tiniest bit of hair around the end of the roller it gives out another error. Basically I have to play around with it every few days to make it run on it's scheduled time for maybe two days tops before I have to monkey around with it again. This Modle is a POS. Huge waste of money. Spent $560 on this thing you think it should work more then a couple days a week. ... show more

  • Dust Bin Button Broke within a month. Great vacuum overall
Style: Wet&Dry Self-Empty (60 Day)(Black/Si...
The media could not be loaded. The Shark 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum does a fantastic job cleaning floors — it picks up pet hair, crumbs, and dust with ease, and I love being able to schedule cleanings while I’m out, select single rooms to clean, or choose one spot that needs attention. It’s definitely made daily upkeep so much easier, and the suction is impressive for its size. It’s not too noisy but loud enough that you know it’s running. If I’m in another room I have to go check to see if it’s still running. That said, I did run into one frustrating issue: the button on the dust bin broke within a month of use. Normally, I’d just order a replacement part, but they’ve been out of stock everywhere, and I haven’t been able to get a response from Shark customer service. For a higher-priced vacuum, that lack of support is disappointing. As you can see, I have the bin duct taped on for the time being just to be able to use it. However, that means I can’t use the mop feature for now. 😭 Overall, the vacuum itself is great and works as advertised, but Shark really needs to improve the durability of the dust bin and their customer support. If they fix that, it’s easily a 5-star product. ... show more
