I’m so glad I finally broke down and purchased this sauna. It so far has exceeded my expectations. Living in an apartment I’m limited with space. This fits perfectly in the spot I had my portable sauna in. I was able to put it together, all by myself in less than 1/2 hour. It heats up to 149 in about 15 minutes. It’s great for detoxing and heating up to fasciablast. I’m 5’7 and am able to move around way easier while blasting than I did in my portable. Really is a game changer. Love that I can store all my fasciblasting tools under the seat. I’m able to turn it out and watch TV thru the window which helps the time fly by. I purchased separately a back board that makes it even more comfortable. I’ve searched saunas for a long time and this one kept standing out because of size, ease of build and especially the price (which kind of made me weary compared to high price of similar products). I will update if any issues come up, but as of now I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

We have been using this sauna for about 2 weeks now and love it! It was super easy to put together. It heats up fairly quickly. I usually plug it in before my 30 min walk and come back and it’s ready to go. The longer it takes to warm up, the hotter it gets. I think about 45 min and we can get it to 150°. My husband and I both get a good sweat, even at 125°. We love how compact it is. It fits perfectly in our basement by our treadmill. My husband is 6’2” and has no issues sitting in it. He also loves the blue tooth feature! The seller has also contacted us to make sure we received the item which is always an extra plus.

So pleased. Assembly was easy. Operation is easy. Takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the max temperature of 149F. Infrared means the heat radiates directly into the skin and the air doesn't get as hot. The exterior stays cool. The blond wood gives it a nice clean look. The sauna is very compact, but I'm 6' and have no trouble getting in and out. The compact size does not overwhelm the room where it is installed like a larger one would. One nit. The wires to be connected were all "just" barely long enough to reach. OUTEXER if you are reading, please add another inch to all.

I LOVE my sauna! I have had it for approximately three weeks and have used it multiple times. This amazing little beast heats up to 145 degrees F in about 30 min and stays that hot for as long as you are in it. I have done multiple sessions of 40 to 50 min and there has been no fluctuation in temperature. And I start sweating almost immediately. I put it together myself no problem and it seems pretty well made. It has blue tooth (which I haven't used yet), a light with 7 colors that you can set to just stay on one color or allow rotation or just turn it off. It also has a separate bright top light. It also has feet heating which you can turn off separately if you want to. It has 6 heating panels. It has a small footprint but I do not feel cramped... I'm 5'7. I had been shopping and shopping for awhile and finally just went with this and so far it is FANTASTIC... Since I've only had it for a few weeks I cannot comment on longevity but I really really hope it lasts. The one additional ad-on you might consider getting is a backrest rack.. the back panel gets very hot - as one would want - and it has wood slats that hold the heat panels in place that you lean against if you put your back against the wall .. but I do not think the panels are well enough protected from sweat unless you just sit with your back a few inches from the panel... I mean, I DO lean back and haven't had an issue - yet - but because I feel like doing this a lot would end up causing the panels to suffer damage from sweat, I think I need to order an additional backrest both for comfort and protection of panels. Anyways... If you are on the fence, get it! You really cannot go wrong for the price and you WILL love it... I promise!! UPDATE: I have now had this sauna for 5 months... (I also did end up getting a backrest which I definitely recommend). I use it 4 or more times a week. It heats up FAST and stays hot the entire time I'm in there. I keep it at 149 degrees farenheit - max temp - for around 40 minutes after a 10-15 minute warm up. I now start sweating pretty profusely within 5 minutes of entering sauna and get my heart rate up to about 160 for the last 5 - 10 minutes... I have noticed that my resting heart rate is now lower than it used to be. My energy level and brain clarity also seem to have increased..bottom line is... I LOVE my sauna. Even though I know the "true" saunistas do not believe infrared saunas are "real" saunas...I gotta say that they just must not have tried one of these for any extended periods. I recommend this product 100%.

Wow, first the packaging that this sauna came in was amazing. Usually when I order something like this it arrives broken and I send it back or have to get a part replaced. This sauna came in perfect condition and was packed in a way to make it difficult for the shipper to damage. Second, it was super easy to put together, only took about 30 minutes. I put it in a master bedroom on carpet. However, I first went to Home Depot and bought six tiles that were 10 X 20 inches and just laid them tightly together on the carpet (no glue or grout used). The tiles made a perfect solid base for the sauna to keep it up off the carpet. I like how the sauna is smaller as it blends into our bedroom nicely without overpowering it. It is also light enough to move around if needed. I am 6’3” and was worried about getting into it, but it was not as bad as I thought it would be. The sauna is not what I would say is super comfortable but given all the positives it is good enough. The speakers are good too and easy to connect to.

I’m very happy with this sauna overall. It was easy to assemble, and the instructions were straightforward. The seller had excellent communication throughout the entire process. They even reached out to let me know that each package had been delivered since they arrived separately, which I really appreciated. The sauna heats up very well and gets nice and hot, exactly what I was looking for. The only downside is that one of the wooden panels arrived with a small dent. Fortunately, it’s only cosmetic and does not affect the functionality of the sauna at all. One thing to note is that we didn’t install the cup holder or towel rack before taking the photos, but both of those accessories were included with the sauna. I am 63 inches tall and fit comfortably and have enough time to stretch and sit crisscross applesauce. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I’ve had this sauna a week now and the shipping even came a week faster than expected! The day before it shipped the seller even sent a message letting me know that it was on its way in two separate boxes. I live in CA and this came from GA- it was very well packaged. I got the one person sauna option with the glass door/front black panel and half moon handle. I kind of expected to open the box and the glass door be chipped or broken seeing as how it came from across the country, but everything was very nicely packed. Nothing broken or chipped at all. For reference I’m a 5’1 female, athletic build, and it took me all of 20 minutes to unbox and put it together by myself. Easy! None of the individual panels were too heavy, and once the sauna was put together it feels very study. There’s quite a bit of room for me in the one person sauna since I’m shorter, I can even sit criss cross without any issues. My other half is about 6’1 and 190lbs - he was able to sit in there comfortably and said it wasn’t too snug for him which is nice that it’s versatile for different people. I’d say if you were on the taller side, the 2 person sauna might be more comfortable if you get claustrophobic easily. I’ve been using this sauna every day since it got delivered - the first day or two it took about 35 minutes for it to reach its full 149 degrees, but after day 3 it seemed to heat up much faster to max capacity (about 15-20 minutes to reach the 149 degrees). Might just need a few days to get things rolling. The foot heater is a nice addition at well! I do like how there are different atmospheric color options you can make the overhead lights. I had a question regarding the lights, and the seller was very fast to respond- only a few hours later. You can either have the overhead lights automatically cycle through all the colors, or if you have the color you want the light to stay on, just double click the interior button fast and it will not cycle through all the colors- just staying on the color you want. Very pleased with this purchase and the seller, and I feel amazing after each time I hop out of it. I’m glad there is this affordable at home option - Highly suggest this product!

I’ve been using this sauna at least five days a week for the last two months. It’s been a total game changer. It heats up really quickly, gets my heart rate up and makes me sweat like crazy. Only having to rely on a single 110 V outlet and being able to set it up by yourself in almost any dwelling size is incredible. It also doesn’t heat up the inside of the room it’s in. So it’s highly efficient. Your electricity bill increase will be negligible. It’s also really well-made and doesn’t have hardly any glue or plastic holding it together so it just smells like good spruce. I’m 6, 1” 180 lbs and I’m totally comfortable inside. Highly recommend.
