We needed an automated cat litter box due to our lower back issues that come with being older and manually scooping/ cleaning was becoming increasingly difficult.. We chose this item based on the many favorable reviews and we're glad we did. The transaction was great followed by fast shipping through FedEx. The construction was straightforward with clear instructions provided by the User Manual. Setup and connection to the smartphone app proceeded smoothly without any hiccups. I personally think this is a well thought-out device in design and operation. We have 2 cats, one who is unfazed by almost anything and the other being shy and easily startled. It took only the first day for Cat 1 to acclimate to the new box and after observing Cat 1, Cat 2 decided it was safe to use also. So far, operation has been flawless and works as advertised! The app is very intuitive and provides much information and means of remote control which I enjoy using. My recommendation is to set the cleaning delay to 5 minutes to allow complete clumping of the litter before the machine does its sifting routine. It also seems to use litter more efficiently as well as opposed to a standard box. I've been noticing it takes longer to go through a bag, further increasing the value for the money. We also love the ease of cleaning and replenishing. Overall we are very pleased and I can highly recommend it!

I gave it a few weeks before writing a review and I'm glad I bought it when I did for 299.00 when it was on sale. Easy to setup literally put together in 15 mins. I had an older auto litterbox that I couldn't take apart to clean that's why I bought this one and this easily comes completely apart to clean. The app works seamless and it's really easy to clean, the poop drops into the bin and it's easy to just take the bin out and throw away. If you don't have too much poop you can just dump the poop in the garbage so I only change the bag in the bin 3 times a week. It's silent my quieter than my other box, i never hear it doing a clean cycle. I'm very happy with it and so are my cats. This truly makes for quick cleanup and I can use any cat litter, my old one would get clogged with clumping cat litter this one has no issue. I know it's expensive but it's worth it, i have 3 cats and scooping a regular litter box 3 times a day is such a pain in the butt.

So far, I am impressed! Assembly was very straight forward and having all the parts marked with letters was beneficial. I really appreciate the deeper waste bin, compared to others I have seen. As mentioned in the description, it is virtually almost completely silent and it has a silent mode if you choose to not have a sound chime when complete. As for the app, I find it easy to use and straightforward. It does allow me to schedule routine cleans, even if my cat hasn't used it. You can also set a delay to give the liter more te to do what was needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this product over others!

Update (5/14) UPDATE The company did send 2 new and improved bottom mats for the globe. The mat is reinforced through sturdy stitching. I game changer for the model. I also appreciate how the company took intentional measures to make sure I was happy with the product. They do want their product to succeed. Comparing this to the brand Litter Robot, I can say that this model has a better waste collection box as it is two layered reinforced with silicone. There is NO smell. I do wish the app on this one could distinguish between my two cats by weight as the Litter Robot can. For the price, this litter robot is worth the money especially with the new improved mat. (4/23) The company reached back out to me and is sending a new and improved bottom globe mat. It is a one piece mat. I purchased mine 2/5/25. Today is 4/21--25. The silicone mat that hold the litter has come "unglued" from the ring that holds it to the globe. Customer service can only be reached through email. I've searched the internet for a replacement globe sleeve and can't find one for this model. There are other models with replacement parts. I do like the quiet nature, and my cats took to it quickly. I also love the waste drawer which only has to be emptied once every 5-6 days with two cats. I don't want to pay this much money however and not be able to get someone to help me. #unhappycustomer.
