Love this litter box
Color: Pink
No more scooping!! It works very well. Puts the used litter in a bag on top of box. Just take the bag to trash.lasts a couple weeks for one medium size kitty. I love it. I researched many litter boxes. I love this pink one!

Very nice!
Color: Gray
Setting up was so smooth. It took a couple of days for the kitties to get used to using that. It is revolutionary relief for me from daily cleaning. And the most amazing thing is no odor in the air!

Too Small. Was nice but have to return it.
Color: Pink
Cons: Smaller side for Maine coons or any bigger cats. Washing and emptying the sand to clean it is quite complicated and it’s time consuming. Cat is scared to use it after witnessing it spin. I do recommend if you have kittens. But I suggest not plugging it right away until your kittens get used to it. Only turn it on and click the manual button when you will be cleaning, without the cat’s presence. Pros: Honestly love it. Works great. Deodorizer features is nice. After the cat goes in it automatically spins later. Or you can click the manual button. Unfortunately I have to return it as one of my cat doesn’t fit. At first he was too scared to use it after he saw it spin. Later on he went inside but only half of his body fits. He ended up pooping on the floor which defeats the purpose of buying this. My other cat did like it, unfortunately she plays with it more than actually using it to do her business. Anyways I returned it and will be trying the purrtek Max version hoping that it will spacious for all my cats. Overall with the few days of having this I think the brand is great and the lifetime warranty does sound nice.

Best purchase!
Color: Gray
It's my first automatic box. I've had it a while. And it's the best purchase! I wouldn't do without one. You can use bags sold at Walmart. It's easy to remove used litter. And has automatic cycle. Not just after used. Saves tons on litter. Any type litter can be used. Would purchase again!

The worst purchase!
Color: Pink
I bought this litter box for my cat in September 2025, and by the end of November it started having issues. It made a very unpleasant noise when rotating, and my cat’s urine began leaking down into the base. The bag was empty, and I even switched to a different type of litter thinking that might be the problem. I contacted support, and in December they replaced it with a new unit. However, about a month ago I started experiencing the exact same issue with the replacement—urine leakage. The smell is terrible, and now when my cat is inside, it doesn’t recognize the movement and the unit rotates while the cat is still in it. Because of that, my cat is now afraid and refuses to go inside. So I strongly advise not to buy this machine. I haven’t just used one—the same problem happened with both. The idea is that you only need to change the bag once a week, but with these units, even when the bag was empty, the urine leaked through the openings and collected in the base. It’s awful. Don’t waste your money on something that doesn’t work and isn’t safe for your cat.

Not worth it.
Color: Gray
It is incredibly difficult to clean. We've had it since mid-January 2026 (it is now June 2026) and we are having problems with it breaking as it's cleaning/turning/sifting. Portions of it had already been "breaking/falling" when it would go through it's cleaning cycle, and now the gears themselves are causing problems internally, not allowing it to spin properly. It is louder than I would have anticipated, and it also doesn't prevent the cat smell as much as I would have expected based on it's description/selling points. I personally wouldn't purchase this one again.

Glad we made the Switch!
Color: Pink
Gamechanger! So far both are 7 and 9 year old cats have transferred fairly smoothly to using this. Except while both will urinate in it one refuses to use it to defecate. We are not sure why. (Not the litter boxes fault lol) The cleaning cycle works well. We switched from petsafe auto cleaner to this and so far no issues. Easy to grab bag, dispose and replace. It takes up less space then our former petsafe auto box and is so much cleaner.
