Overall it is a good product. Google the brand and find the online assemble instructions with video. I found it more helpful than the instructions on the manual. My cat loves it and surprisingly he knows how to use it the first day! Just put a bit litter from his old litter box. Then enjoy the life without changing litters every day. Update: my cat really likes it! And, it helps the area clean and organized. (Attached two photos) Now I can clean his little bag almost once a week. Plus, the app is useful. It records every time the cat used bathroom. If you are out of home or your cat has GI problem or simply curious about cat’s behavior, this may be a great helper and data collector.

Been using this just at a week. I was hesitant at first because it’s a big purchase for me especially for my 3 cats, but I’m so glad I finally did it and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This litter box has been such a game changer. The reduction of smell from a standard cat litter box to this one is crazy. Seriously it has eliminated most all my litter box smell, I assume beings it cleans pretty much right away and put in a bag under the device. Took me approximately 10 minutes to put together added litter and was ready to use. You have the option to download the app if you like. I chose to wait to learn the machine on its own. It’s a fairly large litter area, but very large cat box. Which makes it easier for your cat to have space to take care of their business. The litter box functions wonderfully. If at anything I want to clean it again all you have to do is push the trash can button and it will do the rest. I have been replacing litter that gets cleaned away by adding one small cup every other day just to keep it nice and full and clean. This litter box is worth every penny I spent. I’m so happy with my choice and i believe my cats are also. Cats like a clean area and I believe this really helps their overall health to have a clean litter box daily.

This product completely changed my life! No more smell or hectic routine of cleaning out the litter box. And it is so hygienic that my cat loves it and some days she just sits inside randomly. The instructions were very clear on how to set it up. The best part is that if I wanna move to another place i can conveniently disassemble and reassemble it back. It is also associated with an app which has a lot of safety features. If it is cleaning and my cat peaks inside it automatically stops to avoid any harm and then resumes when cat is outside. There is no noise at all and it also looks fancy sitting in living room. I think I can get more cats now ! :)

For the price I was impressed by the build quality of the automatic litter changer. I was initially worried that with a slightly smaller footprint than my original standard cat litter box my cat who has a bad habit of throwing the kitty litter everywhere would easily make a mess but with the smaller foot print it forces the cat to stick her head out of the hole so when she's kicking the the kitty litter it just goes to the back of the tub and back to the bottom of the device which saves me considerable clean up time.

Very disappointed in this unit. It is not working properly, even though we’ve tried several times to problem solve and troubleshoot. Also, the Wi-Fi does not work because our Wi-Fi is not the 2.4G required. The specificity of Wi-Fi was not included in the product description prior to purchase. I’m going to look into whether or not we can return this unit and buy a different brand. Very disappointing.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This litter box works super well. I was worried that the litter box won't stop cleaning even if my cat is in side. Luckily, I can choose to turn on the kitten mode, so that the litter box only does cleaning when I choose to clean up on the App. Overall, this litter box works very well for a family with multiple big cats as the entrance is big enough so even the biggest cat in my place would be willing to try.
