Must buy! Cheaper than litter robot but same or even better design and quality. The shipping was expected to be 5-10 days but it arrived at the 5th day which is faster than I thought. Came in secure packaging and easy to carry by only two hands. The manual for installation is easy to follow. I put it at the corner near my balcony, and it even came with an air refresher in the collection section to help eliminate the odor. I have been using it for 3 days and it still smells clean. The litter box started cleaning the litter after my cat has left for around 5mins and you can customize when to clean after your pet leaves the litter box by using the setting to adjust the timeframe from the app. The litter box is cute and big enough for my two cats. It comes with a roll of trash bag so that I don’t have to buy bags separately. It totally makes my life easier!! My cats love using it and I love to have such a little box at home! Worth to buy!

The litter box was so easy to set up and functions seamlessly! Took a significant amount of stress and hassle out of my day. I find the app very easy to use once you set it up, and the changing process was very seamless and clean. It is a tiny bit large, but it fits in my space. Make sure to check the dimensions and to have an outlet nearby. I really enjoy the app so I can monitor my cat's habits, it works well for two cats as well.

I’ve had this for over a year and it’s been a great cat box for our cats. Cats switched over to it easily. Place the box Next to the other basic box and they quickly started to use it. Phone app works great, records when the box is used, at what time and if your cats weigh different weights, you’l know which cat visited. Waste drawer is in back so you need to be able to fully slide that out, same as the box width, and that can limit where you want to place the box. Very easy to clean and I do not notice any odors. Love the compact size and not too big opening. Other brands in the market here too big, took up too much space and were very high in cost. I’m very glad I found this brand and gave it a try. It’s been everything I wanted and I no longer dread cleaning the cat box. I highly recommend.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This thing has been nothing but a hassle. The net in the bottom loses it shape in a very short time and the response that I got was "It happens, but here is the link to pay $30 for a new one." It stops mid-cycle every time after only 2 months of use because the way that it is designed, the litter dumps into the waist bin at the back, but it drops down into where the gears are to turn the barrel as it empties. So, when all of the litter that drops down in there, it builds up you have to take the drum off, take the entire thing apart, vacuum out all of the litter from the gears, and then reassemble it. It dumps litter out the front every time it empties as well despite there being a tray, there is still a mess everywhere, even though I am only putting the litter up to the max line. If you don't empty the bin the second it tells you that it is full, it backs it up, and makes a huge mess. The design is very poor, and it has honestly cost me more time and money than it did to scoop a regular litter box every day, and empty is once a week. I am using recommended litter, and I'm also going through three times as much of that, since so much of it dumped out the front and down inside the machine. When I contacted the company, all they said was that I would need to take it apart and vacuum out the gears when this happens. I do not have time to keep taking it apart every day or every other day to do this. I recommend you save your money, do your research and find something with a better design. At this point, I have unplugged it and I'm going back to a regular litter box. Total waste of money. Update: It has been several months since I got this piece of junk, and I have been going around with "customer service" since. They keep asking me to upload videos of it not working and then give me ridiculous solutions like "just take the entire thing apart every week, vacuum it out (and have feces and urine in your vacuum), and put it all back together again. If that doesn't work, we have replacement parts that you can waste more money on." I have had this for 6 months, and it has not worked correctly for 1 full day since then. Now the litter is falling down around the bun when it empties (no, the bin is not even close to full), and falling down on the track that holds the bin. It is so full of litter that now I cannot even remove the bin to empty it. I unplugged it again and it is currently in the back of my truck to go to the dump as soon as it opens. They did offer me a full refund a couple of months ago, which I wrote and accepted multiple times, but I have not gotten a response since, so it will be going to the dump first thing tomorrow. It would be less time consuming and cost effective to follow my cat around with a bag under her butt than it was messing with that piece of crap.

It works well. Self scooping dumps cat poop & clumps of urine into a bin at the back of this cylinder. It automatically does this 5 min after cat has been in the litter box. You can use their app & it tells you when the cat has been there & when it's done scooping. The dump bin at the back of box is easy to empty which you don't need to do every day. Depends on the day. It also self sanitizer. If you don't want to use the app you can allow it to scoop by pushing the button. When your ready to change the litter you just use the option on app to empty all litter or push a button on front of box. Then you can rinse out the cylinder wipe dry & start over. Good product. My only complaint would be that the opening on this model could be higher so my cat can't kick out the litter.

I’ll start with the fact that it isn’t the easiest to fill or empty, but since we have it tucked into a corner, that also doesn’t impact us much at all. The big reasons we got it was because one cat already used the litter regularly enough to need cleaning twice a week, and boy was he stinky when he did. Now with a kitten as well, we only have to clean about weekly and it’s helped with the smell so much. Note, we didn’t change litter. We already were using a compatible type. It’s also very quiet, so the cats got used to it quickly. The kitten especially took to it right away and has been perfectly safe in it, which is great since he gets really fascinated by it when it runs. Huge quality of life improvement and definitely worth the price!
