The cleaning cycle is quiet and it keeps the litter box much cleaner compared to a traditional one. My cat got used to it pretty fast and seems comfortable using it. The waste bin is easy to remove and empty, and it really helps reduce odor in the room. The design is also spacious so my cat has enough room inside. Overall it saves me a lot of time from scooping every day. Great value for the price and I would definitely recommend it to other cat owners. I have one cat and I only need to empty the waste bin every few days.

Super easy to set up—took just a few minutes even for a beginner. My two kittens got used to it very quickly and actually seem to enjoy using it. It feels very safe to use, with thoughtful safety features, so I don’t have to worry about my cats getting hurt. I also love that it tracks usage through the app, which makes it easy to monitor their habits. Best of all, there’s almost no odor at all—the smell control works great and keeps the room fresh. Overall, a great purchase that really makes life easier!

The auto sensing worked once and then never again. I’ve reset and cleaned everything so I’m not sure what is going on. I have to go ink the app and manually click the clean button which would be fine if I didn’t pay over $100 for it. The app itself is no help when it comes to how to fix this issue either the number to call doesn’t work and the email used doesn’t reply

The media could not be loaded. I've been putting off buying a self-cleaning litter box for way too long, and I'm so glad I finally went with this one. The biggest win? No more scooping multiple times a day! It's such a relief to not have to deal with that chore anymore. The app control works great — I can monitor when the waste bin is getting full and even start a cleaning cycle remotely. The large waste bin means I only need to change it once a week, and the included trash bags were a nice touch. I also really like the open-top design; my cats took to it right away without any hesitation. We have two cats, and it handles both of them without any issues. Odor control is solid — way better than the old litter box setup I had before.

The media could not be loaded. 2 stars because it does clean, but not very well and also stops immediately when anything touches the outside. My cat put its paws up on the side of it to see what was going on and it immediately stopped. Another time, he had jumped inside when it was trying to complete the clean cycle and it also stopped immediately. However, it doesn’t get all of the waste out. It’s like the grate that separates it doesn’t hit far enough down in the litter to scoop it. Not worth the money in my opinion. If I wanted to keep cleaning litter boxes I would have kept my $20 box from Target. I’ve tried running the clean cycles multiple times and it’s just not working. I also woke up to fresh poop from both cats, and it never cleaned on auto.

It’s great until the plastic rake pops off after it autocleans. I have to constantly be putting it in its place which makes it time-consuming again. The poo also sticks to the rake. BUT No smell. Noise level good. Easy to set up. Safe for cat with the sensors.

This automatic litter box has been a fantastic upgrade. It's quiet, easy to assemble, and the litter box area is always clean and tidy with little work involved. The waste drawer is easy to clean out, and the odor control is much better than a regular litter box. My cat has adapted to the litter box very well, and I love the simplicity and ease of the design. Worth the investment for sure!

The media could not be loaded. I’m very happy with this purchase. One thing I really liked is how easy the setup was. The instructions are very clear and intuitive. Besides the regular manual, it also comes with a large picture guide, which was super helpful to lay out next to the parts and follow step by step during installation. There are also labels on different parts to show you what to do at each step, so the whole setup experience was very smooth. I also like the litter filtering design much better than my previous automatic litter box. My old one had a fixed vertical filter, and my long-grain litter would sometimes get stuck in it. This one uses an opening-and-closing filter design, so the clean litter can fall back more easily instead of getting trapped. That’s a big improvement for me. It also comes with a deodorizing pack, and overall the odor control seems better than my previous box. So far, I’m very satisfied with it.
