It works great, my only minor issue is it needs the bin shaken a bit because it will say it’s full before it’s actually full, but the benefits completely outweigh any of the minor inconveniences. I’ve owned a few litter boxes throughout the years and my last one that lasted me years broke so I had to get a new one. This one seemed less large and clunky so I bought it and was able to assemble pretty easily. I don’t have the 2.4GHz wifi so I wasn’t able to use an app like my last box but it claims it works manually as well so I continued without it. Not long after the first day, the litter box would get stuck emptying and I’ve had to manually move it back into place. It would be really unreliable to use if you leave your pets for days. It’s only been a few months with it and now it’s completely stuck and doesn’t empty anymore. I’ve tried everything to fix it but seems to be stuck forever. Only the clean and empty lights flash but the manual only mentions what to do if all flash… Unfortunately, was a waste of money, these things aren’t cheap so it’s pretty upsetting it broke so easy.

I’ve been using this automatic litter box for a few days now and it works really well. Setup was simple and the app connection was quick. The cleaning cycle is quiet and it keeps the litter box much cleaner compared to a traditional one. My cat got used to it pretty fast and seems comfortable using it. The waste bin is easy to remove and empty, and it really helps reduce odor in the room. The design is also spacious so my cat has enough room inside. Overall it saves me a lot of time from scooping every day. Great value for the price and I would definitely recommend it to other cat owners. I have one cat and I only need to empty the waste bin every few days.

I’m very happy with this purchase. One thing I really liked is how easy the setup was. The instructions are very clear and intuitive. Besides the regular manual, it also comes with a large picture guide, which was super helpful to lay out next to the parts and follow step by step during installation. There are also labels on different parts to show you what to do at each step, so the whole setup experience was very smooth. I also like the litter filtering design much better than my previous automatic litter box. My old one had a fixed vertical filter, and my long-grain litter would sometimes get stuck in it. This one uses an opening-and-closing filter design, so the clean litter can fall back more easily instead of getting trapped. That’s a big improvement for me. It also comes with a deodorizing pack, and overall the odor control seems better than my previous box. So far, I’m very satisfied with it.

2 stars because it does clean, but not very well and also stops immediately when anything touches the outside. My cat put its paws up on the side of it to see what was going on and it immediately stopped. Another time, he had jumped inside when it was trying to complete the clean cycle and it also stopped immediately. However, it doesn’t get all of the waste out. It’s like the grate that separates it doesn’t hit far enough down in the litter to scoop it. Not worth the money in my opinion. If I wanted to keep cleaning litter boxes I would have kept my $20 box from Target. I’ve tried running the clean cycles multiple times and it’s just not working. I also woke up to fresh poop from both cats, and it never cleaned on auto.

I've been putting off buying a self-cleaning litter box for way too long, and I'm so glad I finally went with this one. The biggest win? No more scooping multiple times a day! It's such a relief to not have to deal with that chore anymore. The app control works great — I can monitor when the waste bin is getting full and even start a cleaning cycle remotely. The large waste bin means I only need to change it once a week, and the included trash bags were a nice touch. I also really like the open-top design; my cats took to it right away without any hesitation. We have two cats, and it handles both of them without any issues. Odor control is solid — way better than the old litter box setup I had before.

The litter box works well, the grate that separates the clumps from the litter continually comes off and hangs in the back keeping it from working, I have made sure that it locks into place yet it keeps happening. Would not recommend this automatic litter box.Not worth the money and hassle.

Product gets stuck in cleaning mode. It turns upside down in a position that is not usable. It will not reset. The gear look like they slip. Customer service number for this product is non reachable. I sent an email for customer service and there was no response.
