I’ve owned a few litter boxes throughout the years and my last one that lasted me years broke so I had to get a new one. This one seemed less large and clunky so I bought it and was able to assemble pretty easily. I don’t have the 2.4GHz wifi so I wasn’t able to use an app like my last box but it claims it works manually as well so I continued without it. Not long after the first day, the litter box would get stuck emptying and I’ve had to manually move it back into place. It would be really unreliable to use if you leave your pets for days. It’s only been a few months with it and now it’s completely stuck and doesn’t empty anymore. I’ve tried everything to fix it but seems to be stuck forever. Only the clean and empty lights flash but the manual only mentions what to do if all flash… Unfortunately, was a waste of money, these things aren’t cheap so it’s pretty upsetting it broke so easy. ... show more

Using this definitely lowers my contact with dirty cat litter. It still needs cleaning, wiping down, emptying, attention to litter, etc that falls out and adds up.

    • Works but doesn’t get all the waste.
2 stars because it does clean, but not very well and also stops immediately when anything touches the outside. My cat put its paws up on the side of it to see what was going on and it immediately stopped. Another time, he had jumped inside when it was trying to complete the clean cycle and it also stopped immediately. However, it doesn’t get all of the waste out. It’s like the grate that separates it doesn’t hit far enough down in the litter to scoop it. Not worth the money in my opinion. If I wanted to keep cleaning litter boxes I would have kept my $20 box from Target. I’ve tried running the clean cycles multiple times and it’s just not working. I also woke up to fresh poop from both cats, and it never cleaned on auto. ... show more

Wish I would’ve went with another box. Constantly gets stuck along with infrared always being alerted so it’ll start cleaning then stop and I have to manually move it. Don’t waste your money 💵

My cats love it, and it saves me a lot of cleaning every day. The mat comes with the litter box is a game changer. No more litter scattered all over the floor. The app control is also very useful and makes it easy to track my cats’ activities.

It was working really well for like a month, and then it randomly stopped filtering the waste. Very sad bc for the time it worked it was such a weight lifted, knowing when my cat was using the restroom and how often through the app. And being able to clean and empty the litter through my iPhone. I wish it worked, but I have to give it 2 stars bc it broke down so soon for being so expensive ... show more
