I am writing this review to let people know that they can 100% trust this automatic litter box. I bought it as a gift for my daughter for her two cats. She had researched automatic litter boxes extensively and was very skeptical about using one because she believed they could be dangerous. I decided to purchase it while I was taking care of her cats during her vacation. My husband and I were able to train both cats in just one day—that’s how easy and amazing this product is (see pic attached of the first day trying). It is absolutely worth it! I’m really impressed with this self-cleaning litter box. I’ve tried a couple of automatic boxes before, and this one has been the easiest to install and use right out of the box. The setup took me less than 10 minutes. All I had to do was attach the waste bag, plug the unit in, and connect it to the app. The instructions were clear, and the app paired almost instantly without any confusion. Even if you’re not tech-savvy, it’s very beginner-friendly. Once it was running, the box basically took over the hard work. The open-top design makes it feel more familiar for my cats, and they had no hesitation using it. The triple safety sensor is a nice reassurance — the machine automatically pauses if a cat approaches, so I never worry about accidents. The self-cleaning cycle works smoothly and keeps the litter fresh without me needing to scoop. If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Would never empty after cat potties, I had to manually push the button. Couldn’t even take it apart to clean in order to do a hygienic return! DO NOT BUY THIS!

The litter box functioned pretty well for the self cleaning part, but my cat likes to kick up the litter after going and since there is a completely open side, it goes everywhere. Very messy! It is quiet and had no issues with app

The triple safety sensors work exactly the way they should, stopping the cleaning cycle instantly whenever anything comes near the box, which makes the whole system feel safe and well-designed. The litter box itself was great! Easy to assemble and I loved the idea of it. Unfortunately, our cat would have nothing to do with it. She doesn't like change very much and didn't even get in it once so we returned the box. Return was quick and simple.
