It's a little smaller then I thought. My full grown cats (13lbs and 16lbs) barely fit 😅 But it works well for my smaller cats (8lbs and 11lbs) Can't get the app to work. Only have had it up for 1 day. Will update if any issues arises. But so far cleans as it's supposed to Doesnt finish cleaning. It always stops midway. Not worth buying ... show more

    • Good value for the price. It does what it needs to do.
For the price, this was a good value. I haven’t scooped since I bought it. It was simple to set up. It serves a multi cat household very well. However there are a couple of things to note. The globe is kinda heavy especially with litter in it, so lifting it up or off the base is not what I want to do. Pouring new litter into it, I usually spill some near the opening because I try to fill it without moving it. It’s not terribly noisy but you will want to use the night-mode if it’s anywhere near your common areas to hear it. The hatch in the back where the clumps get filtered should be a one-piece deal with a lid, what is up with the hatch being several pieces and a metal rod? Design could be improved there for easier bag replacements. Another suggestion for improvement would be a longer power cord. The places we put litter boxes are not typically places with many outlet options. Laundry rooms and basements or bathrooms never have enough outlets. And do I even need to say - wrap a cord protector on that thing for us. We have cats. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So I was really very back and forth on this automatic litter box. I had many claiming to be the all for cat and their human families. Well, first off my other litter box less than 6 months old everythime is cleans the litter after cat's used the rake would sweep in a it was bang sound everytime. Very disturbing to think of it. Well this waited for me when I got home. Not really heavy easy to put together. My two new stray furbabies are very scared of new things. But my male Cat Sirz took to it with no problem right off. My girl Missy will since he did. So quiet and cleans quickly and yes drops it off in the enclosure . And yes took pictures and video of it all. And this is before I set up the pairing. Yes so far 5 stars. Thank you no smell, quiet, cat did not have any issues. Cost saving on litter and pocket too. Please do not change anything . So far it is a winner. ... show more

    • Cheap plastic broke and won't connect to WiFi
After about having it for a month I went to go do the first deep clean because some of the litter had stuck to the bottom of the basin, it's fine and I don't mind doing a cleaning once a month. When I went to pull the globe out in order to add more cat litter and to try to clean it out, the front piece of plastic broke off and is unrepairable. At which point it actually shut off the unit and I was unable to connect it and get it to power back on. So the circuitry also seems to be shoddy. I then proceeded to unplug the power and plug it back in but it never came on ever again. Even when it was on it never actually grabbed the cat's weight. I was able to get it to connect to the Wi-Fi the first time the machine powered on but it never did ever after that. It says that it's connecting but then just says that it fails. Seems to be the cheapest box that you can make. That actually works but only works for about a month before the plastic just starts cracking on it. ... show more

    • No odor
I have had many a litter box and they all smelled. NOT this one! There is no odor at anytime. Super easy to dispose of used litter. It's compact and looks nice. You do not see any droppings due to the frequency of it self cleaning. Easy to set up and operate.

    • Easy to set up, works as it should
I set this up last night and so far my kittens have taken right to it and it is working great. Set up was easy and it have been working with a standard clumping litter. We have cycled through about 4 times in about 1 hours with no issue. That said we did have a bit of an issue in set up. I had the litter box mostly ready and could not find the power cord/adapter. I looked through the box and packaging a number of times and didn't see it. So I made return and printed the label. Started boxing up the litter box and all of a sudden the power cord fell out of the Styrofoam. I don't know where it was hiding but it was taped down and camouflaged in there really well. Unpackaged again, re-setup. got it working and canceled the return. It is early in the litter boxes use but kittens are using it, I don't smell the stink, so far so good. ... show more
