This litter box worked great for six months but is now a pile of worthless plastic. It stopped connecting to the router and would not reset. I contacted customer service and got no response. Now it won't power up at all. I knew I was taking a chance purchasing an off brand but reviews were good and I wasn't sure my cats would like it. Two of my three cats did love it. The third thought it was too small and prefers his Tidy Cat Breeze box. I will be replacing this one with a Catlink brand litter box from Chewy because they have a 365 return policy. Lesso. learned. Money wasted.

Great product!! We haven’t had a cat because I didn’t want a litter box in the house This product is a game changer!! Easy to assemble, runs quietly, cleans easily and a great value for the $$. The app tells you e when the bag needs changing and I’ve learned that I only need to change the bag once a week. There is no smell and no mess. The cat took right to it Can’t I give this 10 stars?

I have the exact same litter box from another seller and it has always worked flawlessly, however right out of the box this item was more difficult to set up. It has some minimal signs of being used prior to arrival (scratches inside the outer shell), and it was sold as a new item. The button to clean the machine manually worked fine, but using it as its intended purpose automatically was not working initially. I did an hour of troubleshooting trying to figure out why it wouldn't turn when I pressed the clean button on the app, but worked fine when I used the physical button on the machine. It stayed stuck in a constant state of "paused" with a flashing green weight sensor indicator light. It was so frustrating and I feel that a return is deeply inconvenient. Edit: in an effort to avoid the headache of a return and get this item to work, I thoroughly wiped down the whole thing, and removed and reinstalled the legs. I am very frustrated that it took so much effort to get it to work, and I'm skeptical that it will work in the long run, but it is working now. Still debating a return despite the fact that I absolutely love the other one that I got from a different seller. Another edit: it's been a few days now and the machine is working just as well as my other one. I've chilled out about the set up frustration and can safely recommend this product. I think it was the feet not being seated all the way that caused the issues.

2 of my 3 cats used it. My third would no go near it and urinated all over my house. The product did perform well but I had to return it because of my stubborn older cat. Would recommend based upon performance with my 2 other cats

The media could not be loaded. My cats have loved using this. We have a large ragdoll and he just fits, but he successfully uses it and then promptly plops outside to watch it do the cleaning. The first day it could hardly finish a cleaning because he kept interrupting it, but at least we know the safety sensors work. It cleans very slowly, but it’s been doing its job well for about a week now. It’s a lot easier to pull out the bag and I’m very happy with the price for product. I’d buy it again!

Easy to assemble product, durable but lightweight. I haven’t had to clean it yet but the cats already love it and have been using it consistently. Cannot smell the cat poo or pee and otherwise works well. Definitely recommend.
