The appearance is elegant and simple. First of all, it was easy to install. I followed the instructions and it was done quickly. The media could not be loaded. This machine can be control over WiFi, can connect to a phone app so I can manage the cleaning schedule and how many time my cat use the little box. It’s easy to install and the touch screen on the right buttons are helpful. The entrance is tall so better fit for big cat. My cat used a couple days to get use to using this new little box. For the cleaning, it does rotation and keeps the sand inside. It comes with a few waste bags, a mat, and an odor refresher. The machine is small and looks elegant to the indoor space. It match my decoration well. Would recommend to friend who are looking for a nice looking, small space , and WiFi monitor functioned little machine.

At our house we always fight over who changes/scoops the litter. Now we don’t. This thing is so cool and our visitors all want one. It’s quiet. Didn’t take long to set up. And works perfectly. Glad I saw this one on sale. Our cats are 12 and 16lbs. They fit fine. And I’m glad I can just get my normal litter.

Within one month or so of purchasing the product there were issues with the motor which neither amazon nor the manufacturer would cover as part of the warranty. The customer service is not located in the US and difficult to navigate. We tried to get by and make it work by added a small piece of cardboard and regularly pressing the button to cycle the robot. Now the litter box does not function at all and we're forced to buy a replacement. Our biggest regret is not purchasing from a more reputable company. Also we've already placed a 1* review on the litterbox but it mysteriously disappeared so this is a repost.

I’m delighted to have this litter box. Its automatic cleaning feature has made my life much easier, saving me a lot of time. I only need to clean the bag about once a week. The box is quiet and doesn’t produce any odor. What I love most is their after sales service which has left me very satisfied. When I encountered an issue during the initial setup and my litter box wasn’t functioning properly, showing a rad exclamation mark, I contacted their customer service team at [email protected]. They responded promptly and helped me resolve the issue right away. It turned out that the problem was due to a misalignment during installation. Once I properly installed it and reconnected the power, the problem was resolved. Purchasing this litter box was one of the best decisions I’ve ever ever made, and I highly recommended to users considering buying an automatic litter box.

Ample space for my 15lb cat. The size is perfect for him and also for me to place at any corner. Assembly was piece of cake, took 10 minutes or so. App connectivity was also easy. I really live how I can control everything using the app (well except taking out the litter manually). Product included litter bags and a mat which is a plus. Machine runs great with little noticable sound. I just hope that item has more protective foam because a corner of the litter holder had a bit scratch if I look very closely but I'm just being a perfectionist.

I have two cats！I'm tired of being a poop digger.！！I’ve had it for about 2 to 3days now and the only thing I’ve done is changed out the bag underneath once and added litter to it. The litter stays fresh since it gets cleaned almost instantly after my cat uses it, hides the smell so well and it even tracks everything on the app. My cat started using it the same day I set it up and set up is super easy btw. They have ARE code. You can Download their APP, You just need to operate it on your phone. You can do everything.
